'Yellowstone' Star Cole Hauser's Son Gets Huge College Football Scholarship Offers

The one time someone would ever want to be a Bully is potentially 'Yellowstone' star Cole Hauser's son, Ryland Hauser. The current Jensen Beach High School star Tight End is receiving scholarship offers for football left and right. And after a recent Instagram post from his supportive and delighted mother, we have now learned he has now received an offer to play for Mississippi State.

But what does that have to do with being a bully? Let us explain.

Whatever team you play for both in college or in the pros almost always has a beloved mascot. And that is no different with Mississippi State, who has one of the best. The lovable Bully, who is the official mascot of the Mississippi State University Bulldogs is not only their costumed mascot's name but is also the name that is given to the live bulldog that appears at State games.

And based on Cynthia Hauser's recent Instagram. The mother of Ryland Hauser shared that her son was just offered to be a bulldog, AKA a "Bully", as she touted her son's offer from Mississippi State joyfully saying, "#mississippistateuniversity offer for my oldest boy @ryhauser ? #sec" Now you can see where we were coming from with all the Bully talk right?

But if Ryland doesn't take the offer bestowed to him from Mississippi State to become a Bulldog, it seems he has many more options. And when is having choices a bad thing?

This is not even the first offer for Ryland as other schools are putting themselves in the mix and gearing to get him to play for their school. Schools like Rutgers, Indiana and Appalachian State haven't made an official offer but have had their eyes on him and the likelihood of them reaching out to make things official is likely to happen very soon. But for those that have made offers, even before the official offer from Mississippi State, Warner University has reached out themselves to gain the star Tight End's services.

Originally when the Warner University offer was made, Cynthia and Cole Hauser shared their excitement saying that it would be the, “first of many” offers that their son, Ryland would receive. Ryland, who is the oldest of three Hauser children was lauded by his mom on Instagram when she shared, “My boy @ryhauser got his first offer today I’m a very proud mama! Thank you @warner_university for believing in him.” As Ryland's famous dad in the comment section added, “Proud of all hard work you are putting in son! 1st of many.”

The proud parents can't seem to wait to see the next offer and also where their son will eventually go, and can you blame them? Talk about exciting times! A family that is well known as Hollywood royalty may now be known as the start of a football dynasty.

Cole Hauser who plays Rip Wheeler on Yellowstone has become one of the most enjoyable characters ever seen on television. The fan favorite played by Hauser is a generational talent that is filled with a family full of Hollywood elite. Whether it is his father, Wings Hauser who has been in everything from Magnum, P.I., The A-Team and a hundred other projects that you can see on his IMDB page also has his mother, Cass Warner, who founded the film production company Warner Sisters.

Dwight Hauser, his grandfather is an Oscar winning screenwriter, his great-grandfather was Harry Warner, one of the founding partners of Warner Bros. Cole who has appeared in legendary films along the lines of Dazed and Confused and Good Will Hunting and high profile franchises like the Fast & Furious franchise is well accomplished even before his Yellowstone success, but Yellowstone has solidified his moment in Hollywood as an actor who will continue to be sought out for as the years and decades continue.

His wife, is a former model and actor who played Elizabeth Wakefield on Sweet Valley High from 1994-1997. Add to that, Cynthia and her twin sister where famous Doublemint Twins in a series of ads for Doublemint gum. You also have seen her on The Basketball Diaries. She has since retired from acting and now is clearly a wonderful mother of two sons, the aforementioned Ryland and their other son Colt, and a daughter, Steely Rose.

But along with this Hollywood family royalty that the Hauser's are, it seems that Ryland will be taking the family into another direction. And just like his parents, we are eager to see who he picks for his college journey as it could lead to a few years from now where he might end up getting drafted in the NFL. He has the talent, he has a name that is a great football name. Now he has to make his choice for the next step of his life and that is an amazing place to be because the sky is the limit.
