Dwayne Johnson has been promoting his latest film, "DC League of Super-Pets," over the past week and it finally drops tonight! To share his excitement, the "Red Notice" actor tagged his costar and BFF Kevin Hart while teasing the lyrics of the Taylor Swift song, "Bad Blood," which can be heard below.
In the song, Taylor sings, "Now we got problems / And I don't think we can solve 'em."
Johnson mimicked the lyrics, tweeting, "@KevinHart4Real has problems (being an as*hole).
I don’t think we can solve them…" He then added that he is "Pumped to have my friend @TaylorSwift13's tracks in #DCSuperPets!
He revealed that "Bad Blood (Taylor's Version)" will be featured in the movie. A small teaser can be heard below, as the full song has not been officially released yet. "Bad Blood" was originally released on her fifth studio album, 1989, which was released in 2014. Although fans have been anxiously awaiting more news to drop about 1989 (Taylor's Version), the "Love Story" singer has remained coy of when the album will finally be released.
The other version of the song is "Message in a Bottle (Taylor's Version)," which can be heard in the video below. The song was not featured on her original "Red" album which was released in 2012. This is one of the "From the Vault" tracks that Taylor released in 2021's "Red (Taylor's Version)" album, along with the ten-minute version of "All Too Well" and the short film.
Dwayne Johnson and Swifties alike are excited to hear the songs in the movie when it premieres tonight. The "Jungle Cruise" actor topped off the tweet by tagging his production company, Seven Bucks production, and with the hashtag #SwiftRock.
Am I going to take my kids to see this? Of course!
Am I slightly more willing to take them to the movies by myself just so I can hear 2 Taylor Swift songs loud in the theater? Maybe….. #DCSuperPets
