'RHOC' Star Shannon Beador Demands Alexis Bellino's Ex-Husband Jim Turn Over His Bank Records In Court Battle

“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador is back in court trying to collect on the $135,000 Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino owes her.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star is demanding Bellino show up to court on February 6. She wants him to bring his financial information, bank statements and sources of income. Beador wants to go over his finances to try and figure out a way to seize his assets to settle the debt.
The document states if Bellino fails to appear he could be found in contempt of court, which could result in him being thrown in jail.

Last year, Bellino sued Beador and Tamra Judge, accusing them of defaming his name by trashing his family on a podcast with comedian Heather McDonald. He accused the two of spreading lies about his divorce and claimed a person had been paralyzed at his trampoline business. He sued seeking $1 million for the damage the reality stars allegedly caused him.
Beador and Judge both denied the allegations and moved to dismiss the case. A judge sided with Beador and dismissed all claims against her.
She demanded Bellino be ordered to pay her $220,000 in attorney fees. Back in June 2019, the judge came back and sided with Beador. He ordered Bellino to pay her a total of $137,340.25 for her attorney’s fees. Judge has yet to be dismissed from the lawsuit and is still fighting Bellino in court.
In June, Bellino sued comedian Heather McDonald over the same podcast episode. He accused her of conspiring with Beador and Judge to defame him on the show. McDonald denies all allegations of wrongdoing or that she caused him any financial harm. The case is still pending.
