Farrah Abraham's Instagram following is dropping...and dropping (and dropping). The former "Teen Mom OG" star currently has 2.09 million Instagram followers. While not insignificant, the figure is one that's been falling – and documented – as Farrah went from having 2.2 million followers to 2.17 million in October 2019.

The 30,000 follower drop from October 2019 has continued, sadly for Farrah, increasing. The 28-year-old lost another 80,000 followers in January 2020, with her 2.17 million falling to her current 2.09 million.

Farrah is known to be a target for social media trolls. Then again, with internet-circulated sex tapes, Instagram promo for sex toys, and scantily-clad or topless updates, many fans feel that their backlash is warranted.

2019 mostly saw Farrah making headlines for her risque updates. A paid partnership with clothing brand Pretty Little Thing saw the star photographed fully topless using only In-N-Out food to protect her modesty. Farrah has also posed fully nude with her oiled booty on show. Fans of the former MTV face will know that 10-year-old daughter Sophia follows her mother's account.

Content on Farrah's Instagram this year has shifted a little. Less about the adult career and more about the TikTok videos and mother-daughter time, the account has seen Farrah dancing in a bizarre Pepsi video, with plenty more moves manifesting with daughter Sophia.

The New Year was rung in over in Dubai for Farrah. The star's Instagram video of herself bouncing around her bed in an open pajama shirt and revealing lingerie was slammed, as was a follow-up video of Sophia twerking.

Also posted to Farrah's Instagram in 2020 has been a visit to a cosmetics clinic for a little vagina tightening" treatment.

While some fans express concern for Sophia, others have been probing Farrah over her mental health. That was the case over Christmas 2019 as an Instagram video of Farrah and her daughter straight-up had fans questioning Farrah's mental health.

"Wow farrah you are 1 whack out PTSD cookie . #MENTALPROBLEMS," a fan had written.

"Imagine being this narcissitic," another wrote.

Farrah did briefly take a break from her mostly-promotional content at the end of December 2019 as she and Sophia visited deceased baby daddy, Derek Underwood's grave, but the promo is solidly back.

Farrah does appear to be the most disgraced "Teen Mom" face. She maintains that her departure from the MTV franchise was a choice – from Farrah's point of view, she "quit" – although for the series' producers, the star was fired.

Farrah is not followed by any members of the "Teen Mom" franchise. Other faces also have higher followings. Kailyn Lowry is approaching 4 million followers. The most-followed "Teen Mom" is Chelsea Houska with 5.7 million Instagram followers.

Farrah shot to fame on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" before becoming a core member of "Teen Mom OG." She left the series in 2019, making for the first headline-making exit of the year. Jenelle Evans then made headlines for her departure from "Teen Mom 2."
