In the WWE ring, Mike "The Miz" Mizanin finishes off his opponents with his patented move, the Skull-Crushing Finale, but on July 25th, Miz & Mrs. will air its two-episode third season finale that will be all about The Miz training his wife Maryse to get back in the ring after nearly ten years!
And The Blast has an EXCLUSIVE clip of all the fun!
The Miz Helps Train Maryse For Her In-Ring Return

The best parts of Miz & Mrs. is when they all come together to help each other and their family as it always leads to lots of fun, hijinks and sometimes even some fighting. As we get to the season three finale, the fighting actually hits the squared circle as The Miz gets his wife back in the wrestling ring after ten years to prepare for their huge mixed tag team match.
As you'll see in the EXCLUSIVE clip above given to TheBlast.com, The Miz tells one if his daughters when they arrive at the gym, "We got to train Monroe, we have to get mommy ready for the Royal Rumble." And after some fun with the kids running rampant in the ring, things get serious and it looks like Maryse hasn't even skipped a beat as they go over a few manuevers they want to use in her return match.
The Miz tells his wife, "I just want to get one more in ring session, where we can really lock it in." And once they get in the ring, their smiles are wide as The Miz tells his wife, "It's been ten years, are you ready!" Where Maryse instantly counters with,"I love it".
Then that is where the ass kicking starts and they battle and practice all the moves that Maryse wants to do during the match. It goes so well that you'd think when the match came along that more success would occur. But sometimes that isn't always the case.
Maryse Lost Her Return Match At The 2022 Royal Rumble
Back on January 29th, WWE Superstars The Miz and Maryse, better known as the "It Couple" returned to the ring as a team to take on fellow WWE Superstars and Hall Of Famers, and self proclaimed "Grit Couple", Edge and Beth Phoenix, who are also married as they had a very entertaining match and battled it out in a back and forth affair that thrilled the fans in attendance and those watching world wide. It also proved that Maryse, though in defeat still had what it takes to give an amazing in-ring performance. This makes all the training you end up seeing in the clip above and throughout the finale episode of Miz & Mrs. something that really was worth it and worked out for all involved.
Throughout the match, The Miz and Maryse had plenty of opportunities to win, even towards the end as they both went for a double Skull-Crushing Finale, which was thwarted by Phoenix who saved her hubby Edge with a Spear to Maryse which then allowed them to join each other for a double Spear to Miz and allowed them to perform a side Glam Slam that gave them the big victory on the night.
Though The Miz and Maryse lost, they will certainly fight together another day. It might be some time from now though as The Miz now has other concerns as he is about to get in the ring with a newly signed WWE Superstar and someone that is more well known in the social media world, the one and only Logan Paul. And that will all happen at SummerSlam on July 30th.
The Miz Will Challenge Logan Paul At The 2022 SummerSlam PPV
The WWE will hold one of the WWE's biggest Premium Live Events of the year, as July 30th will hold their huge SummerSlam show. And The Miz will be busy that night as he has to challenge a former friend and tag team partner, Logan Paul.
Back in April, during the stupendous two night WrestleMania, Logan Paul and The Miz actually were teammates as they took on the Mysterios and gained the victory after a more than impressive performance by Logan Paul, shocking many that he was actually so good in the ring. The Miz who doesn't like the spotlight taken from him took matters into his own hands as after the win, you guessed it, put Paul in the Skull-Crushing Finale, having Paul ask afterward what were the motives for that to happen.
Paul took it upon himself to continue to train, instead of asking questions. He signed a deal with the WWE on June 30th. Miz upon hearing the news wanted to re-team with his former friend but Paul wanted nothing to do with the A-Lister, instead challenging him to a match one on one.
It will be one of the marquee matches as everyone will be eager to see if Paul still has it in the ring and can get revenge or maybe he is a one-trick pony.
We will all find out at SummerSlam, streaming live Saturday, July 30, at 8 ET/5 PT on Peacock in the United States and on WWE Network everywhere else.
And for everything Miz & Mrs. make sure to tune into the finale on July 25th, 11/10c on the USA Network.
