Kid Rock's Anti-Vax Stance

Rock's abstention from the concert is not the only questionable act he has done this year. Just before the start of his 2022 tour, he said in January that he wouldn't perform at any locations that required masks or vaccinations.

The "Cocky" singer promised fans in a lengthy video that they would get their money back if the venues still had COVID-19 requirements by the time of his scheduled performances.

He said: "There's been a lot of talk about vaccine mandates and venues. People saying, 'I'm not going to that venue because of the vaccine mandate'…..if there are any at these venues … they're going to be gone by the time we get to your city. If they're not, trust me, you don't have to worry. You'll be getting your money back because I won't be showing up either."
