Jason Momoa's Sunday was bizarrely disrupted after the actor got involved in a horrific accident involving a motorcycle. The "Aquaman" star and the victim are reported to be doing well as of this writing.

Jason Momoa Crashes Into Motorcycle

Per TMZ, on Sunday, Momoa was riding a brown 1970 Oldsmobile and traveling down Old Topanga Canyon Road near Calabasas when a motorcycle rider from the opposite lane veered off and crossed the yellow lines, directly into the actor's lane.

The motorcycle, driven by California native Vitaliy Avagimyan, entered the "Game of Thrones" star's lane while approaching a bend and collided with his vehicle, causing it to tumble in the air briefly.

An excerpt of the police report obtained reads, "As a result of this collision, Mr. Avagimyan was ejected from his motorcycle. After the collision, Mr. Momoa exited his vehicle to assist Mr. Avagimyan and was able to flag down a passing motorist to call 9-1-1."

It was reported that Mr. Avagimyan luckily escaped a major impact after he landed on his feet. He, however, first bounced off Momoa's windshield and ended up on the other side of the road.

The motorcycle rider suffered non-life threatening injuries including a bruise on his thumb and minor injuries to his leg. He was transported to Northridge hospital by ambulance for further treatment.

The 42-year-old Hollywood star, on the other hand, suffered no injuries at all and seemed to be a great shape. Videos obtained from the accident scene show him walking back to his vehicle, with no visible injury, after cooperating with the authorities.

An investigation has been launched into the cause of the crash, but as of now, no blame has been assigned to either party.

The Vintage Ride Is Dear To The 'Dune' Star

Momoa 1970 Oldsmobile ride wasn't reported to have suffered any impact. The Hawaii native has previously opened up about his love for the vintage vehicle which sells from between $10,000 to $40,000.

In a November 2019 post, the award-winning actor took to Instagram to upload several mouth-watering photos of the automobile as he struck several poses joined by his friends.

He and his pals seemed to be engaged in a playful race as seen in the clips uploaded. "day 1 sweet girl. this has been along road. and today is the day my best friend my hermano. my best. we did it hermano making art our way with a dream team," he wrote in the accompanying caption.

Per reports, the 1970 Oldsmobile was first launched in 1961 and is the "smallest and most affordable car" from Oldmobile. It boasts impressive features like a 3.5-liter all-aluminum V8 engine and a top speed of 100mph, with the ability to go from 0 to 60 mph in 14.5 seconds.

Fans Worried About Momoa After MRI Scan

The motorcycle collision comes two months after the father-of-two sparked concern about his health with a photo of him getting an MRI scan.

As The Blast reported, Momoa documented the procedure in an Instagram post with the caption, "you got to break some eggs to make an omelette. aloha j. thankful for my ohana and friends," weeks after performing heated stunts in Rome for the “Fast & Furious 10” sequel.

Photographs of his stunts showed him in a high-speed motorcycle chase on the streets of Italy's capital. Fans wasted no time expressing their concerns and ensuring their beloved actor was doing okay.

One fan wrote, "Hope the doctors find the problem and can help fix it!! Sending healing vibes ???," while another added, "Hopefully, this is a scene from a new movie… if not, prayers up!!! Much love, aloha! ???????."

This user asked, "Oh my, whats happened? Hope everything goes OK. Get well soon," while this follower added, "Sending healing and positive thoughts your way."

Momoa didn't shed light on the medical procedure but he seems to be in great shape according to his recent posts.
