The lazy, hazy, and crazy days of Summer have not gotten off to a relaxing start for Bachelor Nation stars Michelle Young and Nayte Olukoya.

The former couple, who met and got engaged at the end of Young's season of "The Bachelorette," went public with their split only a month ago. The duo's parting came shortly after reports of Olukoya's infidelity, claims Olukoya would soon vehemently deny.

Olukoya soon addressed the large number of rumors circulating around the pair's break-up in a numbered list from his Notes app, as an Instagram story post.

The first item on his list read, "No, I didn't cheat," followed up with "Not every breakup needs someone to blame." He would also go on to remind fans of how deeply the accusations can, and have affected him.

How Is Young Feeling?

Earlier this month Young addressed their break-up in an interview with People. The 29-year-old former teacher still remained mum on the specifics concerning the break-up, but she did offer fans a small glimpse into her thoughts.

"I will say this is not something I foresaw," she told the publication per a report from The Blast, "and I'll leave it there."

Young's friend and frequent former Bachelor Nation programming host Kaitlyn Bristowe echoed Young's statement. The "Off The Vine" podcast host discussed Young and Olukoya's break-up during a recent episode, per Us Weekly, "She was confused because I think it was like, after her birthday, and she was like, 'Wait, What?'

Bristowe revealed she didn't know the specifics either. "I don't know what happened," she said.

Young wasn't feeling so great shortly before the pair ended their engagement when she felt the need to address speculation about her relationship status with Olukoya after she had publicly appeared without her engagement ring.

"Just a friendly reminder," Young began in her video, "That Nayte and I, we are human beings. Not a zoo exhibit. Not to mention videoing someone without them knowing is creepy; it's not cool," she reminded fans.

What's Next For Olukoya?

Having time to heal after a break-up, especially after a broken engagement, is extremely crucial for one's well-being.

How is Olukoya beginning his healing journey? The 28-year-old is seeking comfort from his friends in Bachelor Nation, and he's embarking on a fresh start under the California sun!

Olukoya and his pal Rodney Mathews, who also competed for Young's heart on "The Bachelorette," are now living together in Los Angeles, according to Us Weekly. A nameless source also revealed to the outlet that Olukoya had been thinking about relocating.

"It's something that has been in the back of his mind for some time," the source said after revealing Olukoya had been in the city for "two weeks."

Has Olukoya Jumped Back Into The Dating Pool?

Now that Olukoya has made several changes post-split with his former fiancée, is he on the lookout to mend his heart and potentially explore a relationship?

The answer to this question may have been leaning toward "yes" after Olukoya and Bachelor Nation's Deandra Kanu had been spotted hanging out together at Olukoya's birthday bash.

However, Olukoya isn't ready to give his rose to another woman from Bachelor Nation quite yet.

The aforementioned unknown source was quick to put the kibosh on rumors of a fling between Olukoya and Kanu, especially after Kanu had reportedly been spotted wearing a necklace that was rumored to have belonged to Young's ex-fiancé.

"Him giving her his necklace to wear was just a friendly gesture," the source explained to Us Weekly. "Nayte is single and happy that way- he's not looking to jump into another relationship right away..."

No matter how Nayte Olukoya or Michelle Young decides to spend their time healing from their broken engagement, we wish them plenty of roses!
