Kendall Jenner Gets Another Restraining Order Against Home Trespasser

Reality star Kendall Jenner recently requested and was granted a three-year restraining order against an Arnold Babcock for allegedly trespassing. Like several famous individuals, the supermodel has been subjected to unwanted attention from dangerous people. 

Jenner was previously targeted by a man who threatened to purchase a gun and kill her. He was successfully apprehended and taken to a mental institution, and the supermodel was granted a five-year restraining order against him.

The 26-year-old's most recent brush with a trespasser occurred in January when Babcock attempted to enter her home but wasn't allowed in. Jenner got a temporary restraining order against him at the time and was granted a much longer one after applying for a nonviolent civil harassment order. 

Jenner was granted a permanent restraining order against Babcock by the Los Angeles County commissioner on July 19. The request was made after Babcock allegedly trespassed on the model's property and would last for three years. 

Via E! News court documents revealed that Jenner, her attorney Kate Mangels, Babcock, and his attorney Edward Crawford Watkins were all in attendance for the hearing. The nature of the model's petition against the 31-year-old was nonviolent civil harassment.

Earlier in January, Babcock was refused entry from Jenner's home after telling the compound security that he wanted to see her. The security guards detained him until the police arrived on the scene; however, he was released shortly without charge. The reality star was granted a temporary restraining order against him at the time, but it was made permanent following recent events.

This isn't the first time the 26-year-old has been confronted with threats to her safety. The model was granted a five-year restraining order in April 2021 against Shaquan King. He was arrested in March for trespassing on her property in Los Angeles.

At the time, King allegedly knocked on the model's door, demanding to see her, and then proceeded to take off his clothes with the intention of swimming in her pool. He was arrested and released barely six hours later. 

After his release, he proceeded to her sister, Kylie Jenner, to terrorize her. Kylie also requested a restraining order against him but was granted a shorter three-year order. E! News reported that Jenner had ramped up her security after the incident.

A source told the outlet, "Kendall has ramped up security and has a huge team on the property and with her. They are all feeling like they need a big security presence at all times and that they can't have something like this happen again." They also revealed that the incident scared and unsettled the entire family. 

Besides the scare from King, Jenner experienced a much more terrifying incident in April when a 24-year-old man traveled across the country with the intention of murdering the supermodel. The man, named Malik Bowker, had already made plans to purchase the firearm he intended to use to commit the act.

Bowker also allegedly intended to kill himself. Upon request, Jenner was granted a restraining order against him. The order required him to give the 26-year-old a distance of at least 100 yards. 

During the time of the restraining order, Bowker was put in a psychiatric ward to get help. Jenner expressed her apprehension that he would look for her and carry out his ill intentions upon being released. 

In other lighter news, Jenner and her long-time boyfriend Devin Booker are reportedly back together. The duo recently hit a "rough patch"; however, they seem to have gotten over it and are back together. 

A source told E! News, "She and Devin are fully back together. They worked out their issues and decided they want to move forward and be together. They moved on, and it's going really well. They have been spending a lot of time together recently, and Devin was her date to her friend Lauren's wedding over the weekend in Napa."

The 26-year-old hinted at the reconciliation on her July 17 Instagram story. The post showed her with the athlete in a festive setting. They were also earlier seen together at a party in the Hamptons. The couple reportedly held hands throughout the night and "looked really cute."
