Robin Roberts is celebrating her longtime partner, Amber Laign's latest achievement!
The newscaster, best known for her appearances on "Good Morning America," recently updated her social media followers about her lover's health amid her breast cancer battle.
On Monday, July 18, the 61-year-old Tuskegee native paid tribute to her significant other with a touching message expressing her joy for Laign's successful treatment.

After Roberts' partner was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021, the longtime couple endured the challenging journey as a united front. Now, the dynamic duo can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
Taking to Instagram, the "Jeopardy!" guest host announced the completion of her lover's radiation treatment by sharing a video of Laign ringing the ceremonial cancer bell at the hospital.
In the short clip, the massage therapist donned a chic causal look featuring a black tank top, a pair of baggy black-and-white striped trousers, and a white hat intricately designed with brown details.
Following the Covid-19 safety precautions, the blonde's face was partly hidden behind a white nose mask, but the protective covering could not conceal the businesswoman's joy.
In a tender voice, Laign read from a plaque on the hospital wall beside the ceremonial bell and said: "My treatment is done, the course is run, and I am on my way."
Then she rang the bell three times before taking off her hat to jump up and down, waving her hands excitedly while several people in the background cheered and clapped.
"Sweet Amber completing radiation, a very important phase of her treatment!" Robins affectionately captioned the post, "We both thank you for all your well wishes and prayers." The message continued:
"Proud of her and all fellow Thrivers for your grit and grace during a challenging time. This is indeed my #mondaymotivation🙏🏾"
Naturally, fans and friends of the couple were pleased with the wonderful news as they flooded the comment section with numerous good wishes and prayers.
The celebrity list included TV personalities like Tommy DiDario, Ginger Zee, Lori Stokes, and Candace Mccowan. There were also comments from sports host Ally Love and award-winning author Sarah Dessen.
Having the support of their loved ones and followers must be a heartwarming moment for the lovers, who initially dealt with Laign's breast cancer battle by themselves.
As previously shared by The Blast, Roberts addressed her lover's health condition during an emotional interview with Ellen DeGeneres on her now-defunct talk show.
During their candid discussion, the 61-year-old broadcaster admitted that she felt emotionally unstable whenever she thought about her partner's struggles.
As a breast cancer survivor, the former "ESPN" sportscaster stated that she endured the condition without shedding a tear. However, the reverse happened when dealing with Laign's diagnosis.
Although the "Everybody's Got Something" author turned into a puddle for her lover, the massage therapist remained courageous and handled the situation as she dealt with Roberts' breast cancer diagnosis.

On the same note, the Sager Strong Award winner revealed that she tried to reciprocate Laign's caregiver attitude by being the "road map" for her partner's health journey.
The Peabody Award Winner Recalled The First Time She Shared Her Sexuality
In honor of Pride month, The Blast reported that Roberts opened up about the first time she came out as gay.
This moment occurred in the Rock'n Robin Productions founder's 20s while she was having lunch with Dorothy, her sister. Like a comedy sketch, the Glamour award winner dropped the bomb as the waiter arrived with their food.
Understandably shocked by the news, Dorothy burst into tears while the server awkwardly fiddled around the table before running off to give the women their privacy.
However, the newscaster's sister did not cry because she was disappointed by Roberts's confession. Instead, Dorothy cried because the Tuskegee native trusted her with the news.
This reaction pleased the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame inductee as the "Brighter by the Day" author feared coming out because of prosecution.
Although everyone eventually knew Roberts was gay, the 61-year-old did not publicly announce her sexuality until 2013. This decision came in honor of Laign, to whom the Walter Cronkite awardee confessed her love in a social media post.
