The couple has been battling it out in court, with restraining orders and accusations of fraud on both sides. Christie claimed in court filings her husband Todd Gibel had been making life a living hell in several ways. Christy claimed Todd has been impersonating her via email and logging her out of her own social media accounts and also destroying her mail.
Christy also said Todd did things like raise the temperature in their home to unbearable levels.
In recent filings, Christy claimed her husband spent $100,000 without her knowledge.

She explained, the couple first met during filming of the pilot episode of "Little Women." She said at the time, Todd, "knew the effect this show would have on the Little people community and intended on riding my celebrity status and defrauding me out of money."
Todd, she claimed, promised to get a job when he moved to California but remained unemployed throughout the entirety of their almost 5-year marriage.
In the most shocking part of the couple's divorce, Christy said she and Todd "never had sexual intercourse once," so they never consummated the marriage. For this reason, she actually filed for an annulment to start the process.
In Todd's filings, he pointed out that Christy was good at computers and he did many things for her on that front. But, Christy said Todd allegedly applied for unemployment compensation under her name and then used the funds.
Christy accused Todd of taking out "personal loans" and credit cards in her name and spending the money. She estimates he spent between $65,000 - $100,000 on "various widgets."
Details of the settlement were are not yet public, but it would include any money paid from one party to the other, and any spousal support paid by either of them.
The 'Little Women: LA' star asked the court to not allow him to collect any spousal support. Todd and Christy were married in 2014 and announced their separation on April 17, 2019.
Christy has moved on with a new relationship and is currently expecting a child with her new boyfriend, Gonzo. The couple has posted several pictures on social media looking happy and preparing for their new child.
It seems Christy wanted to end this part of her life and begin the new year with her new man.
