Joe Giudice Reacts To Infamous Phone Call Where He Told Teresa He Never Wanted To Marry Her

Joe Giudice is coming out swinging and defending his marriage to Teresa Giudice after a tense moment between the two aired on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" on Wednesday night. In the episode, fans gasped when Joe told Teresa he never wanted to marry her via phone while he was away in ICE custody. Now, he's speaking out about his actions and reflecting on the moment where he lost his cool. Joe, who is currently living in Italy, addressed the situation with fans following the episode.
"After all these years I don’t think it’s a secret we fight!! But, I love being married. It's so great to find one special person like Teresa!" he wrote on Instagram. The fight, which went down while their oldest daughter, Gia, was shopping for her prom dress, started when the former couple began fighting over money. The argument was released in the season 10 trailer in September in which Joe Giudice hurled the biggest insult ever. "Alright, like I even wanted to get married? No,” Joe was heard saying.
"See what I get?" a frustrated Teresa told Gia, which makes Gia then yell at her mother. After defending his decision to marry Teresa Giudice, Joe then turned the focus on Gia's monumental prom moment. "In that scene, what you all missed my point?? Outer shell don’t define a person! My princess looks good in anything, a dress won’t define her! She is amazing human being! #Blessed father," he continued. "Family forgets there is a time difference, fills me in," Joe added.

As The Blast reported, Joe Giudice has done some self-reflecting lately. Most recently, he posted several photos of his past life with Teresa ahead of the new year. Captioning several sweet throwbacks from their former happy married life, he wrote, “miss these days so much.” Joe’s photos came just one day after he shared a post reflecting on his tough 2019 which included being released from prison, held in ICE custody, a move to Italy and announcing his separation with Teresa Giudice after 20 years of marriage.
