Jodie Sweetin rose to fame at the age of 5 when she landed the role of middle child Stephanie Tanner on the ABC sitcom "Full House."

Sweetin won over fans with her adorable personality and her famous catchphrase, "How Rude." For seven years, she entertained audiences with her role.

In 2016, Sweetin once again reprised the character of Stephanie Tanner for the Netflix series Fuller House. Sweetin not only entertained longtime fans of Full House, but she also gained a few new fans.

Thanks to "Fuller House," Sweetin has been back in the news. So for today's article, we're going to take a look at Sweetin's life away from Full House.

Like most celebs, Jodie's personal life tends to take center stage. She's had some ups and downs in the romance department.

Her first marriage came in 2002 when she was 20 years-old. Her husband was a police officer named Shaun Holguin. The marriage ended 2006.

Sweetin's next marriage was to Cody Herpin, who she married in July 2007. Nine months later in April 2008, Jodie gave birth to their daughter Zoie. However, two years later in April 2010, Jodie and Cody divorced.

Jodie's third marriage was to Morty Coyle. In September 2010, Jodie gave birth to their daughter Beatrix. A year later the couple became engaged, and in March 2012, they officially tied the knot.

However, a year later the couple separated and their divorce became finalized in 2016.

After her third divorce, Jodie was briefly engaged to a man named Justin Hodak, but they broke up in March 2017.

These days Jodie is single and happy being a mom to her two girls.

Like a few other child stars, Jodie has experienced her fair share of problems.

The star has battled alcohol and drug addiction. Her addiction began when she was 14 years-old. Sweetin began drinking after the end of Full House. She then began cocaine, meth, and other drugs.

Sweetin has been very open about her addiction struggles and even wrote about it in her book unSweetined.

Realizing she had a problem, Jodie sought help with her addiction. After going through rehab and therapy, she's been sober since December 2008.

Jodie went back to college to become a drug and alcohol counselor and works to help others going through their own addiction struggles.

While Sweetin will always be remembered for her Full House role, she has worked on other projects throughout the years.

Sweetin is now known as a Hallmark darling. Her first film for the channel came in the winter of 2017 with the movie Finding Santa.

Since then Sweetin has starred in three more Hallmark movies, two of which are holiday films.

Her most recent film Merry & Bright premiered on the Hallmark Channel in the winter of 2019.

Sweetin has found her nice as one of Hallmark's favorite actresses, and there's sure to be plenty of more films in her future.

In 2016, Sweetin showed off her fancy footwork when she signed on to compete on the 22nd season of Dancing With the Stars.

Sweetin was paired

with dance pro, Keo Motsepe. Jodie wowed viewers with her dance moves, and she had the support of her Full House co-stars who sat in the audience to cheer her on.

While Sweetin was a great dancer, her moves weren't enough to win the competition. She and Keo were eliminated during the eighth week of the show.
