Fitness trainer Senada Greca knows how to work hard and get results.
In fact, she’s proving to her followers that you don’t even need a gym to build muscle and get toned. In her latest workout, the Zentoa founder grabs two cast iron weight plates and heads to the pool to get a good workout in… yes, even on a Sunday!

On Sunday, Senada posted an Instagram carousel with video demonstrations of a few ab workouts that her followers can use literally wherever they are! As she wrote, “A body in motion, stays in motions.”
Although a lot of fitness enthusiasts like to use Sunday as a rest day, Senada said that she uses her Sundays as an “active rest day.” For her, that involves some fasted ab work and a HIIT session using her Crush It app.
Unfortunately, the beloved fitness trainer hasn’t been posting as much as she usually does due to a horrible bout of vertigo. “I’ve never received so many messages about how so many of you have dealt with it and how awful it is,” she wrote. “I hope anyone experiencing it, overcomes it because it does affect your life. It’s like being on a rollercoaster you can not stop. It affects your mood also.”
“Personally, I didn’t take anything for it as I am always pro natural remedies, and was also told that taking anything may potentially slow down the process of recovering from vertigo,” she added. “So I did my best to truly focus on all tasks and continue as best I could with my normal day to day work and activities.”
Fortunately, it looks like she’s getting back into the swing of things! For this workout, she encouraged her followers to do four sets of 8-12 reps of reverse oblique crunches (on each side!), hollow bodies, cocoons, and alternate leg reaches.

Senada Knows It’s Not Just How You Work Out… But What You Eat, Too!

On Friday, Senada Greca shared her own recipe for “INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream Cups.”
“I’m not even kidding… this recipe is INCREDIBLY GOOD, low cal and high in protein,” she wrote.
The recipe is extremely easy to follow and makes about 12-14 cups, so it should last followers two weeks if they eat just one a day! Basically, she takes 12 oz of unsweetened coconut milk, 6g of natural sweetener (she uses monk fruit), and 5 scoops or 150g of chocolate protein powder and mixes them all up. She then adds one banana and mixes it again.
From there, she pours it into cups and then drizzles with peanut butter before sticking it in the fridge for two to three hours to harden. She advised followers to let it thaw for 5-10 minutes if it was too frozen!
