Hilaria Baldwin Is 'Bone' Dry Of Breast Milk Thanks To Her 'Puppies'

On Sunday, Hilaria Baldwin posted a video with her youngest kids dressed up like puppies!

Hilaria and “30 Rock” actor Alec Baldwin share children Carmen Gabriela, 8, Rafael Thomas, 7, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 5, Romeo Alejandro David, 3 1/2, and Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, who was born in September 2020. María Lucía Victoria, the couple’s newest daughter, was born last spring. Alec Baldwin also has a daughter, Ireland Baldwin, 26, with ex-wife Kim Basinger. Alec and Kim were married from 1993 to 2002.

On Sunday, Hilaria revealed that while some children like to play dress-up as superheroes or princes and princesses, her kids wanted to dress up as puppies.

"Some kids want to be superheroes and royals, my babies want to be puppies…as they are animal super fans ??❤️. They dressed up last night…see again that he always gives her the bottle first?" she wrote in the caption. "So sweet."

She added that her two youngest have "finished all the breast milk I pumped." She explained that she "finished nursing them towards the end of my first trimester of this baby." Hilaria revealed earlier this year that she and Alec Baldwin were expecting yet another child, a daughter, sometime this fall.

Hilaria says that she gives her children hemp milk before bed and "siesta," AKA their nap. "We like the flavor of the pacific brand…we do the sweetened—it’s not too sweet," she explained. "The other kids love it too and use it in their cereal."

Hilaria said that she did plenty of research on non-dairy milk because they are a mostly plant-based household. She explained that no one in the family has any allergies to dairy, but they just prefer to use non-dairy milk. Although their plenty of types of non-dairy milk out there, like soy, almond, and oat, to name a few, Hilaria said she "liked the benefits of the hemp milk the best."

Fans called the post "adorable" and "so cute."

Earlier this week, Hilaria Baldwin posted a video doing squats in tight black leggings and high heels. She doesn't look very pregnant in this video, and she explained that this video is from "a few years ago."

"As I begin the final trimester of this pregnancy, I feel my body slowing down," she wrote in the caption. "I love exercising while pregnant and feel grateful that my pregnancies have allowed for me to be active. We all know that every pregnancy is different and much control we have to let go to nature and listen to what our reality is."

"I got pregnant with Carmen at 28 and I’m 38 to have this baby girl," Hilaria shared, adding that "Age and wear and tear of so many pregnancies and babies are things I def feel."

It seems Hilaria was feeling nostaglic, as she explained that she was looking at old photos of her children and "found this video from a few years ago." She said that the video shows the exercises she does now and will be some of the first exercises she plans to do after she gives birth to her latest "Baldwinito."

"Lots of pelvic floor concentration here with squats," she wrote. "Obvs no heels…you guys know me: always moving around with whatever I am wearing."

She explained that she is trying to "Respecting the slowing down process and then the slow rev up again after baby. The expansion and contraction of the body. How grateful I am to have these experiences in my life’s story."

And that wasn't the only throwback photo she posted!

Last week, she shared another throwback video doing squats while balancing her children in her arms.

"Was looking through old photos today and found this weird impromptu workout shenanigan with Baby Rafa and Carmen," she wrote. "The way she climbed up like a little monkey. Leo was about 6 months old…I see how little Raf was and it really hits me how close in age I had them."

"Oh, and we were going to some event," she added. "We all know I don’t dress like this at home."
