Britney Spears Fans Declare A 'Pop Emergency' As She Sings 'Baby One More Time' In Her Natural Voice

Singer Britney Spears has been lighting up Instagram with her dance moves, but she doesn't seem to want to sing anymore.

However, that all changed on Friday night, when the "Gimme More" singer posted two clips to her Instagram page, singing "Baby One More Time" in her natural voice!

Yesterday, Britney was belting out 90s songs as she sorted laundry, as one does, when she decided to belt out her debut single "...Baby One More Time," which was released on September 28, 1998.

"This is me yesterday doing laundry and separating clothes ?… " Britney wrote in the caption. She went on to say that she hasn't shared her voice in "an extremely long time" but decided to give her fans a "different version of "Baby" and wrote out a little bit of the chorus in her caption.

Britney says she's been asking for a "different version" of the song for 14 years "but as the TEAM said NO and serves me with 4 girls, my sister included, doing a 5 minute version of 4 remixed songs ? to a T not even having to give effort or dance ?? … just shot it beautifully and the sound was NEW !!!"

Britney says that producers "ruined it for me, embarrassed me and made me feel like absolutely nothing??? !!!" adding, "The truth is a f---ing bitch !!!"

"I share this because I am aware of my love and passion to sing … and my own family made a fool of me ? … I’m not going to be a victim !!!" she wrote.

She ventured that "advanced musicians" might think that her singing in her natural voice is "horrible" or "bad," but in Brit's words, "well WHEN I'M BAD, I'M BETTER."

Britney went on to say that the producers, and maybe even her family is included in her statement: "They made me feel like nothing … every single one of them !!! Like I said before … they took away my rights … my womanhood was ruined !!!"

Although fans are upset with the way her family treating her during her stifling 13-year conservatorship, they were too overwhelmed by the possibility of Britney restarting her career to focus on that right now!

Fans showered the post with heart-eye emojis and shared the hashtag #princessofpop to celebrate Britney’s possible return to singing.

Max Tejera commented, “THIS IS A POP EMERGENCY ? WE WAITED THIS FOR SO LONG ?.”

Considering how many fans love her vocals, maybe she’ll share more singing videos in the future? Fans can only hope!
