Meghan King's 'Confused' Marriage To Cuffe Owens FINALLY Annulled: 'I Put It Behind Me'

Meghan King is officially done with her marriage to Cuffe Owens and putting it in her past!

It is no news that the estranged couple's short-lived union began last October and ended nearly three months after, after which King announced her plan to annul the marriage earlier in March.

The onscreen personality recently got candid about the final dissolution of her marriage, revealing some new insights she has about relationships.

Based on the latest episode of Caroline Stanbury's podcast, "Divorced Not Dead," which PEOPLE reported, King confessed to being very confused about her relationship with Owens.

Despite the confusion, she was glad that their marriage was "short and sweet," and it was finally annulled. She added that it was the end and put it behind her.

The reality TV star claimed the marriage was her ex-husband's idea as she "didn't ever want to get married again, but it was important to him."

She stated, "We rushed into it…Like I said earlier, I'm a lover, and I want everybody to be happy. I learned some big lessons from that mistake. I'm sure he did as well."

Her marriage and relationship experiences have taught her a lot, and while she is still interested in dating, she is more cautious now.

King explained, "I have a whole lot of love to give, and these bad relationships that I've been in haven't knocked me down."

She continued, "And that's just who I am; I feel like I'm resilient. I want to give my whole heart, but I think I'm a little bit more guarded than I was in the past."

Regarding her relationship with Owens, they met on a dating app, and after texting back and forth and having a long phone call, they were quick to plan their future together.

King went social media public with their relationship a week before their wedding, and within that week, she and the 43-year-old met his family and moved forward with their future joint plans.

In addition, the twosome got hitched in a small family ceremony at Owens' parents' home in Pennsylvania. His uncle President Joe Biden alongside First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, were present at the event.

Not long after, King confirmed that she and the L.A.-based attorney were splitting, and she admitted that she was "rattled" about the "profoundly devastating" situation, which was not what she expected when she made her vows.

The Blast shared that the brilliant sales representative sought marital advice on social media during her two-month wedding anniversary celebration, and she felt like she had been married for "a million years."

A source then revealed that she always wanted a "fairytale" and "happy ending" with Owens, which she thought she had, but unfortunately, the lawyer could not "show up the way she thought he could."

The insider confirmed that King had really moved on from the marriage as she was happy and in a good place, ensuring not to talk about her former spouse or their marriage.

Additionally, she had not given up on her fairytale dream as she remained "open and ready for love" while also looking for the right man to love her and her kids, whom she shares with her ex, Jim Edmonds.

King is indeed moving on from her marriage to Owens, as she was recently reported to have found a new love nearly six months after her third marriage.

The Blast reported that she kept the new relationship private, and not much about the romance was known except who the new man was.

The outlet revealed the new beau to be Trevor Colhoun, co-founder and CEO of Trusted Provider Network and the heir to the John Deere tractor wealth.

The duo has seemingly been dating for a while since April, and they were introduced to each other by mutual friends.

As the relationship remains low-key, which they both decided, neither of the involved party has publicly confirmed their romantic involvement.

Fans may not have expected the new romance since the 37-year-old mother-of-three was devastated by the end of her third marriage.

She described the past marital union then as an "arranged marriage" and voiced her hopes that that would be the last she ever did.
