Prior to saying “I Do” to his now-husband, the triple threat was in a throuple relationship.

A “throuple” is defined as a three-way relationship. There are many ways someone can get involved in a throuple.

In Grande’s case, a married couple invited him to be part of their relationship. All three people agree on a “closed” relationship where they commit to only dating each other.

In 2018, Grande announced he was a “new addition” to married couple Daniel Sinasohn and Mike Pophis’ relationship.

Grande told Page Six, “It prepared me for being like, ‘You know what? Actually, maybe, I’m just a one-man man.’”

His relationship with Sinasohn and Pophis only lasted four months, but the “Danger Force” actor admitted he’s very grateful for the relationship.

“I’m very grateful for that previous relationship and I think it prepared me for this one, the ultimate one where I got my ring,” he proclaimed. “I think everything happens for a reason. Now I’m an old married man in a monogamous relationship.”

The “Henry Danger” actor announced that he is a married man on Instagram on Tuesday, May 10.

Frankie married his partner, Hale (Leon) Grande, in a “small intimate galactic ceremony” at his family home in Florida.

The newly married Mr. & Mr. Grande said “I Do” on May 4th, because it’s the informal commemorative day called “Star Wars Day.”

Frankie wore a white, floral embroidered suit with silver rhinestone shoes.

Hale wore a dark, multi-toned suit which also had silver rhinestone embellishments. Both of their one-of-a-kind tuxedos were made by Dolce & Gabbana.

Frankie wrote alongside a slew of photos, “Hale and I were married at a small intimate galactic ceremony in my family home in Florida on May the 4th be with you, cause we really are both that nerdy. 🪐✨It was the most beautiful ceremony, officiated by my incredible mother, and it brought us even closer together as we took our vows before our immediate families and before God!”

He continued to explain their wedding ceremony was followed by multiple celebrations.

“We then followed our wedding with a joint bachelor party weekend of games with some friends and family and are currently on our mini-moon before I have to head to rehearsal for my upcoming show Titanique,” he revealed. “And this is only the beginning of the celebrations as we are having a Wedding Ball with all our friends in the upcoming months! I can’t wait to share all of these amazing stories, pics and videos with you all slowly as we get them, but for now, let me just say I am the happiest I’ve ever been… I’m married to the man of my dreams, our families have merged together so beautifully, and we are well on our way to happily ever after. I love you Hale Grande. I am so so honored to be your husband. “
