'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille's Ex Kevin McCall Talks Trash After Losing Custody Battle

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall is talking trash about not being able to see his daughter, days after he was shut down in court.
McCall is back on social media talking about Marcille and their daughter Marley Rae. His lawsuit seeking custody and child support was dismissed this week. He blew off the lawsuit after his lawyer dropped him.
Marcille had been fighting his custody request arguing he was dangerous and not fit to be around their kid. She accused him of never paying a dime in child support. Marcille said the custody dispute should be heard in California, where it was originally handled. She currently has full custody of Marley Rae. She has accused McCall of domestic violence while they were together.
The judge dismissed the lawsuit after McCall failed to show up to court.
McCall faced an issue at the previous custody court hearing. He was arrested after getting into a fight with police officers. He was hit with a felony charge and is facing 5 years behind bars.
In the days since losing his lawsuit, McCall has been talking about losing the case. He screenshot two of his followers’ comments on the custody battle.
One follower commented, “I doubt this is a new picture lol Eva has full on custody of this child (mind you he just lost his case again to get custody and child support. Child support?!?!) and I don’t think she allow him to see her (as she shouldn’t.)”
Another said, “but why does this amuse you.. as a black man @kevinmccall_official should be able to see and be with his child period.. f—k what him and Eva got going on that sh-t don’t have nothing to do with seeing his child.”
McCall captioned the post, “The people have spoken.” He is now offering personal training sessions to his followers. He posted a shirtless photo captioned, “I’m yo baby daddy. And your personal trainer.”
Marcille has remained unbothered by his behavior and refused to comment. She recently celebrated buying herself a $780,000 Georgia pad.
