According to court records obtained by The Blast, Adamma McKinnon, McCall’s Georgia attorney, is asking the judge to let him withdraw from the custody battle.
McKinnon didn’t go into specific details of the reason behind his decision to drop McCall.
He was representing McCall in the lawsuit he filed against Marcille demanding custody of their daughter Marley Rae.
Marcille has been fighting the case accusing McCall of being dangerous and is not fit to be around their kid. She claims he hasn’t paid a dime in child support over the years. Marcille has accused Kevin of domestic violence including when she was pregnant.
McCall’s lawyer might have had enough of his client after his recent arrest. At a court hearing in the custody case, McCall got into an altercation with police officers inside the courthouse. He allegedly resisting arrest and caused damage to the officer’s property.
He was taken into custody and stayed behind bars for several days. Since being released from jail, McCall has acted extremely bizarre on social media. He started by threatening his former friend Chris Brown and his fans on social media.
He wrote, “you still running rom you put-on come let me beat you up so u can throw up the hooks …”
He said to Brown’s fans, “Imma post this everyday until somebody from Team Breezy commit suicide…I want them all to kill themselves and get it over with. They some miserable irrelevant little fuccers who never fight in person.”
Marcille labeled McCall a “psycho” who caused her to experience PTSD on a recent “RHOA” episode.
She has spoken about the relationship, “Domestic violence is very, very real. I went through domestic violence. I finally found the courage to come up and talk about it about a couple years ago about what I went through with Kevin. I feel bad for women that have to deal with it. And it’s actually not a laughable matter; it’s something that actually makes you feel so little so you don’t want to talk about it, but it really sucks.”
McCall also recently took to social media begging for cash from followers. He claimed he was broke and needed money to get to Los Angeles.
Following his courthouse arrest, McCall was charged for felony ‘Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree’. He was also hit with four misdemeanor charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement officer. He is facing up to 5 years behind bars on the felony charge.
Prosecutors did give McCall some good news when they dropped two of the misdemeanor charges.
Eva revealed this week she finally found a new home in Georgia. She had been worried about McCall tracking down her location and causing trouble. On “RHOA” she expressed her concerns to costars about him acting out. She shared a photo yesterday in front of her massive new digs.
