Although Tiffani Thiessen, one star from the original "Saved By the Bell," says she hasn't gotten the memo about joining the show's reboot, it doesn't necessarily mean she won't be a part of it.

Thiessen played Kelly Kapowski on the popular teen sitcom, which ran from 1989 to 1993 and was set in the fictional Bayside High School. "Saved By the Bell: The College Years" was one of its original spinoff.

Other stars on "Saved By the Bell" included Dustin Diamond, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Dennis Haskins, Lark Voorhies, Elizabeth Berkley and Mario Lopez.

In September, actor Mario Lopez revealed there would be a reunion of the whole gang from "SBTB." But so far, Thiessen hasn't been invited or approached about it.

“They (producers) haven’t said a word to me," says Thiessen in an interview with Hollywood Life.

Thiessen says she's pretty busy doing her own thing, so right now she's not too upset if it doesn't happen.

“I’m doing another show at the moment I have Alexa & Katie, which comes out Dec. 30.

And I know Mark-Paul [Gosselaar, who played Zack Morris] is the same way, he’s got another show, so maybe that’s why [I haven’t heard from them] I don’t know.”

Gosselaar is now on "mixed-ish," and spoke in September at FAN EXPO Canada about this possibility.

“There’s talks, there’s always talks. I just heard recently there’s talks. We know about it. All three of us know about it, this person that’s going to tackle it."

He was referring to the "three of us" as him, Lopez, and Berkley.

As for Mario Lopez, who's maybe had one of the more higher-profile careers post-"Bell," in November 2018 he said he wasn't "opposed" to returning for a reboot.

“I’ve got a lot on my plate, but I’d never be opposed to something if it was smart and cool, you know? Obviously, we can’t go back to high school, right? We’re too old for that, so if my kids were older, then it’d be kind of fun. Right now, it’d have to be 'Saved By the Bell: The Elementary School Years.' ”

AOL TV named the show "one of the 20 best school shows of all time."

Some of the group got together recently for a picture that Thiessen posted on Instagram, showing that most of them are still in touch.

Diamond, who played Screech, was notably absent from the photo, so it's still unclear whether he'd be joining the class.
