The family of late Kristoff St. John has found a buyer for the “Young & Restless” star’s former home.
According to real estate records, St. John’s 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom 783 sq. ft. condo located in Canoga Park has been sold.
Kristoff tragically passed away on February 3, 2019. His father and daughter listed the home months later for $314,000.
The modest home is located in a gated community that features a “tranquil environment with pools spas, lighted tennis courts and workout room.”
The soap star originally purchased the condo for $260,000 in 2014.
The proceeds of the sale will be put into an escrow account until a final decision is made in the battle over Kristoff’s estate.

Kristoff St. John died in February, on the day of the Super Bowl. He was pronounced dead at his home after police responded to a call for possible alcohol overdose.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, St. John died from hypertrophic heart disease. The investigators did note his heart muscle had “myocardial bridging,” and showed signs of alcohol abuse.
The "Young and the Restless" star was laid to rest in a private memorial in March. His body was buried next to his son who passed away.

After his death, Kristoff’s father and daughter were named co-special administrators of his estate. The soap star’s father and daughter were fighting over control. His father submitted a handwritten will that he said was valid. His daughter called into question the authenticity.
The judge ruled that Christopher St. John and Paris St. John were to be named Co-Special Administrators of the estate temporarily. The judge stated they each had equal powers and the two sides must agree on the sale of any of St. John's property.

Back in October, Kristoff’s ex-wife Allana, on behalf of their daughter, sued his other ex-wife Mia St. John. Allana brought the lawsuit over a life insurance policy that would pay out $1 million.
Allana said Kirstoff was to maintain a life insurance policy for their daughter, per their 2017 divorce agreement. She claims Mia somehow came into possession of the $1 million money. Allana sued Mia demanding the return of the $1 million she was paid.
Back in April, “Young & The Restless” addressed Kristoff’s death on the show. In the episode, Kristoff's character, Neil Winters, is found by his son. Devon comes down the stairs crying after discovering his dad has passed away.
