The "Twilight" mania of the late aughts made 'twi-hards' out of many bookish babes! The film adaptations of Stephenie Meyer's mega-popular series brought the "Twilight" fandom to new and immeasurable heights and were responsible for making superstars out of Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner.

It wasn't long before fans were committed to pledging their allegiance to one of Bella Swan's dashing dudes! Making the choice between Pattinson's glittery vampire character Edward Cullen, and Bella's wolf-bestie Jacob Black was a central component of figuring out your place in the fandom- it was a very telling and important choice!

Tay Dome, who is now a California-based influencer, was once a gal who gushed over the "Twilight" guys like the rest of us, and had her specific preference! Dome, 24, fangirled over Pattinson and his vampire counterpart.

Now, what makes Dome's teen gal crush an interesting tidbit more than a decade after the first "Twilight" film was released? This Cali-cutie is now living out the dream of countless recovering 'twi-hards' because she's engaged to none other than Jacob Black, himself!

Dome recently hopped on the TikTok trend where users create videos showcasing their childhood crushes alongside their current partner.

Before the big reveal, Dome is seen with her left fist against her mouth, yes, her engagement bling from Lautner is on full display, and waits a beat before unleashing a slew of promotional photos featuring Pattinson as Edward Cullen.

She then reveals the big plot twist, by including a recent photo of Lautner backstage during an appearance on the "Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," and followed it up with a stunning shot from their engagement shoot.

Madison Prewett, former 'Bachelor' contestant and current motivational speaker, joined in on the fun by commenting on Dome's Instagram reel. She commented what many of us are thinking; she commented "stop" along with two hysterically laughing emojis!

Dome's fiance poked fun at his character's feud with Edward Cullen too! According to People, Lautner jokingly wrote, "Bout time I won something."

As luck would have it, Lautner repeated his coincidental tendency to date ladies who are also named Taylor- he memorably dated a certain Ms. Taylor Swift at the height of "Twilight" mania- when he met Dome, who is also a registered nurse in addition to being an influencer.

The pair took their relationship to the next level last fall when they got engaged after dating for four years!

The couple's Insta-worthy engagement moment was incredibly special for the pair. Dome did have a simple request for her fiance-to-be whenever the big moment would arrive: she wanted their engagement to be on the low-key side!

Lautner shared with Access Hollywood via People, "She has always said 'I don't want anything special. I don't want anything big and grand. Do it in the kitchen!"

Cooking is an integral part of their relationship. Incorporating their special hobby was indeed a component of Lautner's proposal, but the groom-to-be put a slight twist on her request!

Lautner added in his Access Hollywood interview, "I did it big in the kitchen!"

It's safe to say Dome will soon pledge her eternal love to Team Jacob!
