“But to people out there that say ‘it’s just a cold’ … maybe for some it is. But for this (relatively) young fit person, who has struggled with asthma and lung issues her entire life, that is not my experience,” she continued.

“Even therapeutics and all my protocols it’s been very tough,” she explained. “I know I’m on the road to recovery but it’s certainly not been an easy road. I’ll be back soon (hopefully with super antibodies… even if just for a bit).”

On Friday, Sarah posted an Instagram selfie showing off gigantic flower earrings and a black tank top with a plunging neckline.

“So post COVID… I haven’t had (or wanted) a sip of coffee or alcohol,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “To know me is to know that is just wrong. I’m also suddenly wearing large earrings. Who am I? Anyone else have weird post COVID symptoms?”

“No, but I am glad to hear you’re feeling better!” one fan commented.

“I don’t know if I should be more concerned over the fact you haven’t had coffee or the fact you’re not wearing your big ass hoops,” another joked.

“So…my entire life I wanted to love coffee, but the taste always made me gag. After Covid, I cannot get enough coffee!” another user shared.

Another user said that they were suffering from “brain fog, skin eczema, and taste changes” post-COVID. It’s interesting to see how many fans had different experiences following their run-in with COVID, but hopefully everyone – especially Sarah – is feeling better!
