It's cool to have your family's support, and even cooler to know that grandma has your back. But Miles Teller has a grandmother who is a whole new kind of special 'coz she decided to let the world know what she thought of her grandson, and it's nothing less than Daniel Craig.

Leona Flowers, who goes on Twitter as "Mup The Queen" is dead set on making people sit up and notice her grandson, Miles Teller, who rocked "Top Gun: Maverick". This includes directors also because Flowers thinks that Teller could be the next 007. Isn't that the sweetest grandmother ever?

Miles Alexander Teller broke into Hollywood in 2010 but got noticed only after he came in the "Divergent" trilogy. His role as drummer Andrew Neiman in "Whiplash" got him accolades as did the movie "Only The Brave".

In "Top Gun: Maverick" Teller plays the role of Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw, the son of Maverick’s (Tom Cruise) best friend Goose (Anthony Edwards), who died in the first movie. Rooster and Maverick share a troubled relationship as the story shows [WARNING: Spoilers Ahead] that the Maverick had tried to underhandedly remove his name from Top Gun, at the behest of his now-dead mother (played in the first movie by Meg Ryan.)

Of course, as the movie progresses, Rooster warms up to Maverick. Then again, who wouldn't fall for that Tom Cruise smile?

And Teller got jacked for the movie, sporting a lighter shade of hair and mustache to look more like Goose's son, and developing so many abs, we kinda lost count. Considering it soared past a billion at the box office, with some helo from Miles Tellers' abs, all we can say is "great balls of fire!"

Miles Teller is one lucky guy to have Leona Flowers for a grandmother who not only dotes on him but makes it public as well.

In fact, her Twitter profile reads "I'm Miles teller's Gramma. published author of the book-PAGES FROM GRANDMA’S NOTEBOOK. Always In search of the right words to speak that will lift and inspire."

Flowers, who goes by the Twitter handle "MupTheQueen", feels if anyone can replace Daniel Craig, is her grandson, right there.

On June 29th, Flowers wrote, "They’re looking for an actor to replace Daniel Craig for future 007 movies. I think my grandson, Miles Teller, has proven that he has everything they’re looking for - talent, looks, strength, worldwide appeal & oh, so cool. He can be that guy!! Wouldn’t he be great?"

Given that the next James Bond has to be a reinvention, she's not all that wrong.

One Miles Teller fan but Tom Cruise super fan asked: "He had great chemistry with Tom Cruise. Why not lobby for him to join the Mission: Impossible franchise instead??? Agent Ethan Hunt could have an estranged son out there somewhere, can't he? He could even take over the franchise when Cruise decides to step down."

Flowers was kind enough to respond with: "Well, Tom has been a very good friend to Miles. I met him and he highly praised my grandson to me. He has been happy for having chosen Miles’ to be in his movie. He’s a good guy."

It looks like it too!

Another fan had an objection: "Except he's American. Bond is BRITISH." Of course, neither Pierce Brosnan nor Sean Connery was British but hey, Grandma had a pat reply for this too: "And lots of Europeans have played Americans. He studied acting which includes accents. He’d be great."

One fan also had kind words to offer, saying, "I just saw the movie Whiplash for the first time and I was wondering the same thing. Great movie. Miles is super talented."

And pat came Flowers' reply, "Thanks for that. I loved Whiplash. It was a powerful film. Miles has a very high IQ as well. He could have done anything, but I know his fans are glad he chose acting!"

With a grandmother like this, Miles Teller is sure to go far. And we are here for it because he's quite the dish!
