While talking to rapper T.I and his wife, Tameka 'Tiny' Harris during a recent episode of the show she co-hosts with her mom, 'Red Table Talk,' Jada Pinkett-Smith revealed that she feels like she 'lost herself' while she was supporting her husband and fellow actor, Will Smith's own career.

According to Fox News, Pinkett-Smith says that when supporting your spouse, it seems like you give control of your own life over to them without really realizing what you are doing at the time.

The conversation on the show started out with Tiny Harris saying, "When a man completely takes control, takes care of you, you don’t have a lot of say because you are dependent on this man. So for a long time, because you didn’t want me to work, I pretty much gave up." She explained this to rapper and husband, T.I while they were all discussing the topic of how hard marriage really is.

As Pinkett-Smith listened, she realized she dealt with the exact same thing while supporting her husband, Will Smith's acting career. Like she let go of her own career and life to support him in his.

Jada Pinkett-Smith said that the same thing T.I and Tiny are dealing with is the same exact thing she and Will went through. She said, "We do relinquish a lot of our power to our men that we’ve given our lives to. And at first, I gave it all over. And then I realized, ‘Oh this is not working.’ And you get just a little disappointed because you feel like, ‘I gave it all to you and you took it and you misused it — you stopped listening to me.’”

She also said, "Then as you start coming into the understanding of yourself and your own power, you go 'Oh man, Jada, that was your choice, though.'"

Her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Jones had this to say about her daughter 'losing herself' while being there and supporting Will's career.

"She felt like she lost herself in supporting Will and his dreams and his career, and the idea that he had of what their relationship was gonna be."

According to Pinkett-Smith, husband Will Smith did do the best he could in their marriage. She said she tries to honor the fact that he tried and that he wanted to do the best he could for her.

Tiny's husband, the famous rapper, Clifford Harris, or also known by his rapper name, T.S was recently in the news getting heat from fans as well as his family about saying he goes to the Gynocologist with their 18-year-old daughter, Deyjah to make sure she is still a virgin.

He said, "Deyjah’s 18, just graduated high school now and she’s attending her first year of college, figuring it out for herself. And yes, not only have we had the conversation (about sex), we have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen.”

He added, "I will say as of her 18th birthday, her hymen is still intact.”

Although he said this and is getting a lot of backlash from friends, family, and fans, he also said he was only joking around when he said this. According to T.I, he was totally joking and exaggerating and a lot of people took him too serious and now everyone is mad about him saying this about his daughter.

Also, he knows their daughter was upset and embarrassed about him saying this and he knows he owes her an apology for it. But, he said that she knows what his intentions are, who he is, and who he always has been.
