Beverly was diagnosed with breast cancer last September and went through a lot; however, she is now "doing really well" and "ready to roll," according to her daughter.

Miranda who mentioned that she was with her mom through the difficult parts explained how "unstoppable" her mother was while describing her as being "strong and positive" through the whole process. She added:

"It's a good lesson for people to take away from a journey like that: Even though it's a really scary place to be, the more positive, the better.

All through the distress, the country music singer spent time in her hometown Texas, where she, her father Rick, and brother Luke looked after Beverly.

She revealed that some days were positive with "big milestones" while other days were not so good, causing the family to shed "pools of tears."

Nevertheless, they remained together and went through the ordeal as a family, ensuring to inform loved ones and friends about progress updates.

Miranda's mom told the outlet that keeping family and friends in the loop was "really important" to them and her especially, making the loved ones feel included and go through the period with the Lamberts. She continued saying:

"Not only did the battle bring our family closer, but the constant contact, reporting, and praying together brought the larger family together, too."

Beverly confessed that she felt like there was an "army" supporting her with prayers and encouragement, which she believed worked as she is now cancer-free today.

The difficult period seemed to have fortified her bond with her daughter as she said Miranda remained "as steady as a rock" and was home during her "chemo rounds," holding things and her together throughout.

Whenever the 38-year-old songwriter was not in Texas, the mother-daughter pair talked on the phone or via FaceTime, even on the day Beverly shaved her head.

They also had "some unexpected bonding moments" when the music star rubbed her mother's "bald head" with essential oils. The older Lambert described those moments as "the rawest and most tearful."

Miranda learned from the experience with her mom and said it gave her a new perspective to dream, live in the moment, and spend time doing enjoyable things with family and friends.

She and her mom still have more to celebrate as she newly launched her latest home-goods brand, Wanda June Home.

The line was named after Beverly and Wanda Louise Coker, Miranda's grandmother, who died of cancer in 2019. The women were also inspirations behind the brand.

Having "strong-headed and strong-willed" women to look up to in the family made the award-winning country music icon who she is now. She said the matriarchs made "something out of nothing" as they did not "come from much."

Miranda further revealed that she had watched her mother go through some harrowing experiences her whole life but still "pick herself up by her bootstraps and go kick ass," which she was glad to have inherited.

Last June, The Blast made a report about Miranda's shaky marriage to her then-husband Blake Shelton, following their divorce about six years earlier.

Shelton was and is still widely regarded in the music industry with numerous accolades, including an induction into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2014.

The "Kerosene" songstress has a similar or somewhat more impressive career than her former spouse, with more Academy of Country Music Awards than any other musician.

She reportedly moved on from her split from Shelton by marrying a police officer Brendan McLoughlin. The "Austin" star did the same as he got romantically involved with Gwen Stefani.

Stefani is of an entirely different genre of music though she has sung a few country songs, even occasionally performing with her now-husband Shelton.

As for Miranda's previous marriage to her ex, Shelton once revealed that marrying the Grammy honoree taught him patience which genuinely paid off. Fortunately, the former couple is both happy with their current spouses.
