Nina Dobrev Takes A Trip To Broadway To Support Bestie Julianne Hough!

Actress Nina Dobrev seems to have left her vacation in the Maldives and headed to New York City, which to some is a vacation in itself!

Although it's possible that "The Vampire Diaries" alum has some work to do in the Big Apple, it looks like she is there to support her best friend, Julianne Hough, and her recent Broadway performance!

Hough is currently starring in "POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumb--- Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive" at the Shubert Theatre. The production is helmed by playwright Selina Fillinger and director-choreographer Susan Stroman.

In one shot, Nina Dobrev is hiding behind her playbill. She is wearing a smart navy blue blazer and has her long, dark hair pulled back behind her. Even though she's hiding most of her face, fans can still see her incredible tan that she got sunbathing in the Maldives only last week!

Jules herself commented with three red heart emojis as plenty more fans weighed in on their adorable friendship.

Still, many more fans were anxious to see even more pictures of Nina and her tropical trip with boyfriend Shaun White in the Maldives!

In one of their last shots of the trip, "The Bricklayer" actress holds up a cocktail while her Olympic gold medal-winning boyfriend sips out of a coconut. Shaun is wearing simple navy blue swim trunks, while Nina glows in a bright yellow striped strapless bikini top and matching bottoms.

The two are grinning as they hold out their beverages for the camera and seem to be having the time of their lives on their tropical vacation!

The two didn't just spend time relaxing on the beach for their entire trip! They had lots of adventures, including taking a Sea-Doo out for a spin. Shaun White posted a ton of photos and videos on his Instagram page, showing off how much fun the two had on their getaway.

Nina Dobrev also posted tons of videos of both her and Shaun riding around the island on bicycles. In one snap, Shaun took a photo of Nina standing beside the bicycle with her hand on the handlebar. She has her long, dark hair tied into a tight bun as she grins for the camera and is wearing the same strapless yellow bikini from the first shot.

However, fans noticed that she also has two bandages covering her knee in this shot. Nina often jokes that she's clumsy and accident-prone... and with that smile, it looks like she, fortunately, isn't hurt too badly!

In another snap, Shaun dons gold and white Fendi swim trunks and Nina stuns in a blue and white striped bikini. The two are wearing matching scuba masks as they prepare to dive into the water. You'd think that Nina wouldn't be able to get hurt while scuba diving, but she must have scraped her knee on some coral because...

...it looks like this might be how Nina got hurt in the bicycle photo! She's wearing the same bikini that she went scuba diving in, leading many fans to assume that she might have scraped her knee on some coral, or perhaps getting in and out of the boat!

Regardless, it looks like Nina doesn't mind in the slightest that she's injured as she grins and sticks her tongue out for the camera.

In her final shot, Nina Dobrev reminded her followers how relaxing vacations are supposed to be. It looks like she's wearing the same navy blue and white striped bikini as she lies along the bench of a sauna with a towel wrapped around her head.
