Is Prince Harry Making Things Worse for Meghan Markle and Her Constant Media Attention?

Although Meghan Markle was already used to some media attention before becoming Prince Harry's wife since she was an American actress, she has made it perfectly clear that she is not used to as much attention as she has been getting since becoming the Duchess. She has also made it clear to Prince Harry and the media who are constantly taking pictures and spreading rumors about her, that she does not like this much attention.

Is Prince Harry making things worse for Meghan by sticking up for his wife against the media?

According to Cheat Sheet, Markle knew it wouldn't be easy being married to a Prince but she loved him enough to take it on anyway. However, she doesn't have to take the constant hounding they do to her and the rumors they not only spread about her but actually print about her in the papers and online.

One thing that is quite weird about one of the lies they wrote about her in the media is that she is getting criticized for the same things her sister-n-law, Kate Middleton gets praised for in the media.

The fact is, because of the lies they are saying about her, and Prince Harry can vouch that what they are writing about her in the media is not true in the least, she now has a lawsuit against the media outlet, the Mail for reporting false things about her in their media outlet.

Prince Harry also has a couple of lawsuits against some media outlets, including the British media outlets, the Sun, and the Mirror for what they have said about his wife. However, is he making things worse for her by doing this?

Is Prince Harry doing enough to protect her or is he making things worse by releasing statements on her behalf and having these lawsuits going on? Of course, he should do whatever it takes to protect her and is doing everything he thinks he should be doing to keep her safe and keep her out of the eye of the public as much as possible. What loving husband wouldn't want to protect their wife, right?

But, think about it for a few seconds. Should he be putting her name out there more by having these lawsuits against the media outlets on behalf of her? Should he have released a statement, which People reported about, about his wife and the lies the media is spreading about her? It could actually be making things worse for her in the long run. It could actually make the media want to talk about her badly, spread lies about her, and hound her even more now that they know they have the Prince's attention and that he is not happy about this at all.

One reason he is not happy is that, of course, this is his wife they are spreading these lies about. However, Prince Harry says the media is doing the same thing to Meghan that they did to his mother and he remembers what she went through before she died. He also blames the media for her death since they were chasing his and Prince William's mother on the highway and this may have ultimately led to her death. Of course, it could have, seeing as how the chase by the media is what caused them to wreck and Princess Diana died in the wreck.

So, on one hand, Prince Harry has every right to stand up for his beloved wife for the way the media is treating her and portraying her in the public. However, with the fact that the media may be to blame for Princess Diana's death, what could stop history from repeating itself and land Meghan in the hospital from being chased by the media and getting into a car accident, or worse, dying from it?

Let's hope it doesn't come to that though. Let's hope history does not repeat itself and something awful happens to Duchess Meghan.
