She wrote on one of the updates, "Trying really hard today to not get mastitis. I have a clogged duct, and I feel terrible!! – In the meantime, I'm soaking in these snuggles."

In a follow-up update, she explained that this was the first time she was getting a clogged duct with Josiah. Additionally, she had never "actually" gotten mastitis, but whenever she got a clogged duct, it "knocks her out."

She then went on to share preventive measures, advising nursing mothers to use sunflower lecithin as soon as possible, use Advil, rest, have a hot shower, and use a warm compress.

Tori further revealed that hers usually got resolved in 24 hours, and fortunately for her, she got that day off, possibly meaning she had no clogged duct for the day.

A few hours later, she shared another post asking fans for advice on whether she should pump to get her "stubborn" duct cleared.

She begged, "Okay. Sorry to everyone who could care less about this, but I'm getting desperate. I have tried everything to get this duct clear, and it's so stubborn. Does pumping help?"

The mother-of-three added, "I've heard mixed feelings. I'm 2 months into BFing, and my supply is regulated well, and I don't have issues with too much."

She ended the post with a poll asking fans, "Should I Pump??" and listing the options "Yes" or "No" below.

She took to Instagram to show off the little one, who rocked a gray hoodie with black pants. He appeared playful as he lay beside a month-counter with leaves surrounding month one.

The youngster could also be seen poking his tongue out in the following slide while sitting beside a one-month sign.

According to his mother's caption, she was delighted with the accomplishment and was in awe of how one month had gone by so far. She further shared that her family loved getting to know Josiah as he developed.

Tori detailed her thirdborn's favorite things, including food, bath time, and gazing at his family. He had just begun appreciating bath time and had "longer moments of alertness."

She rounded off the gushing message by conveying the family's love for little Josiah with the hashtags "zandtpartyoffive" and "Josiahlukeroloff."

As expected, fans were quick to react to the post by flooding it with thousands of likes and sending congratulatory messages.

Although the fans previously wondered, before Josiah's birth, how his older siblings Jackson and Lilah would feel with a new addition in the house.

Tori addressed their thoughts while speaking with PEOPLE, saying she and her husband were preparing themselves for "jealous moments" or for things to go sideways, which fortunately did not happen since the new birth.

Tori takes pride in updating fans on the ongoings in her life, which she did in an Instagram post earlier this month, revealing an unfortunate accident involving her spouse Zach Roloff.

In the lengthy caption attached to a photo of Zach wearing a hand brace, Tori explained that he had a fall, causing his thumb's dislocation. As a result, he was rushed to the emergency room.

The fall, fortunately, did not harm him, and his beloved wife opened up about her thoughts, saying that all she could think about was him not being able to hold her or their kids' hands.

She ended her lengthy message with gratitude that the fall was not so severe, and she was "even more thankful for the nurses and doctors at the emergency room."
