A Las Vegas judge granted Former Back Street Boys member, Nick Carter a one-year restraining order against his brother, Aaron Carter, according to multiple reports.
Nick previously announced that Aaron's alleged threats and erratic behavior caused the star to file official documents with the courts.
Aaron did not show up to the court hearing when the judge ruled in Nick's favor and granted the order that keeps Aaron away from Nick and his family until 2020, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Nick's TRO comes just one day after Aaron lost another restraining order battle with his twin sister, Angel. A Los Angeles judge granted the order that keeps the twins apart until November 19, 2020.
Aaron seemed to celebrate the judge's wishes and posted a happy picture and a curious caption.
"Yes!!! No more fake Halo’s for a year. #NoAngelo TRO IN PLACE FOR 1 more year!! @themelissaschuman," Aaron wrote.
However, Aaron shared a post to his Instagram story that mentioned that he was upset about the whole situation.
“I am devastated by what happened in court today. My sister lied over and over in an effort to take away my 2nd Amendment rights and she did it on behalf of my brother to silence me talking about how he raped and sexually assaulted multiple women. I will abide by the judge's order, but I will not stop speaking on behalf of victims such as Melissa Schuman. I am saddened by my family and what they have done to me. Your lives have broken my heart."

After all the court drama circulated in the media, the 31-year-old took to Instagram and recorded a video that said he only has well wishes for his family.
"I just wanted to talk to the fans real quick and say that, I know there’s been a lot of stuff going on with the court dates and all that. I wish my family the best. You know, it’s been a very stressful situation. There’s a lot of haters out there and… you know… It is what it is and it’s, like very hard to get through," Aaron said in his video.
The caption of his post seemed to echo the video but pointed out that his struggle made him realize that he can help people who are suffering.
"I just wanted to send a message to all my fans especially LMG it’s a movement I created to reach out to as many people who are hurt and inadvertently hurt others those people need love understanding compassion and the way I do things is very different but I’m here to make a difference and change the world and stop letting the narrative of negativity attract The attention of us as human beings I’m aware of my mistakes but I’ve grown I’ve learned I bettered myself and I’ve learned from my mistakes with that being said I will never stop paying attention to someone who is hurt whether they’re a hater or just suffering and alone I love you all #Love #ACLMG #thejoker #cyberbullying #cybersecurity #LoveOverHate #TheKingTroll"

Nick tweeted out that Aaron's behavior forced his hand to file official paperwork against his brother back in September.
“After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today. In light of Aaron's increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.”
He continued his statement by saying that he loves Aaron and hopes he gets help.
"We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else,.”
