Kyle Richards' Husband And Children To Star In New Real Estate Show On Netflix

Move over, Kyle Richards! It's your husband's turn in the spotlight. Richards' husband, real estate broker (and one of the fan-favorite househusbands) Mauricio Umansky, is getting ready to embark on a new journey as reality TV star of his own show. While he's not new to reality TV, appearing alongside his wife on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and the spinoff, "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girl Trip," his show, "Buying Beverly Hills" will be a different experience. The show will also star Farrah Brittany, 33, Richards' daughter with her first husband Guraish Aldjufrie, as well as Alexia Umansky, 26, daughter of Richards and Umansky, who are both real estate agents.

Viewers of the new show will get to see the day-to-day events of what goes on in a billion-dollar brokerage. "Buying Beverly Hills" will follow the agents and clients of Umansky's The Agency in Beverly Hills. The Agency was founded in 2011 by Umansky, and before that, he was one of the country's highest-producing realtors. According to Forbes, "At one point, The Wall Street Journal recognized him as the number three agent in the U.S. and number one in California when he was with his brother-in-law Rick Hilton's firm, Hilton & Hyland."

The show will highlight the luxury real estate in Los Angeles in the eight-episode series that is set to premiere this fall on Netflix. Other featured players of the show include Santiago Arana, Ben Belack, Brandon Graves, Joey Ben-Zvi, Jon Grauman, Melissa Platt, Sonika Vaid and Allie Lutz Rosenberger. Viewers of RHOBH have already seen bits and pieces of The Agency and watched Umansky building his business with branches all over the world, but the new docusoap will focus on the business and all that goes into it.

Just a few weeks ago, Umansky announced big news for his business on a June 7 Instagram post, "We're global baby. The Agency launched its very first European franchise The Agency Netherlands. What a time we had celebrating at the Pulitzer Amsterdam." According to BravoTV.com, Umansky released a press release about his big news, "We're thrilled to introduce The Agency brand overseas as we launch our first European franchise in The Netherlands. We look forward to announcing more franchise partners throughout Europe this year."

The Agency has expanded its presence across the world in the past year. "In 2021, the firm's global expansion reached new heights with a record-breaking launch of 11 new franchises in one year, marking it one of the fastest-growing luxury boutique brokerages in the world," according to the press release. They also plan to announce more global franchise partners in the new few months.

The two reality stars said "I do" in January 1996 and have seemed to find their happily ever after. Richards was pregnant with their first daughter, Alexia, on their wedding day, and then the two welcomed daughter Sophia in 2000 and Portia in 2008. Richards has been a cast member on RHOBH since season 1 in 2010, and after 10 seasons is still going strong.
