Amber Heard's Post Trial Diet: Cheerios, Cauliflower & Diet Coke

Amber Heard is living her best most modest life following her court battle with Johnny Depp.

The “Aquaman” actress has been photographed out and about in The Hamptons as of late, and new photos have surfaced of Heard grocery shopping.

Page Six obtained photos and exclusive details about the actress’ “everyday Joe” trip to the supermarket.

Now, if you’re wondering how Heard is affording to vacation in The Hamptons given her lawyer said she’s basically “broke” … we’re wondering the same thing.

The Hamptons is not a destination for the money conscious or budget ballers, it’s a place that screams wealth and dollar signs.

A supermarket spy told Page Six the actress kept a rather low-profile during her grocery run. She did make small-talk with the fishmonger while buying salmon, but other than that, she wasn’t talking to anybody.

“She was very unassuming,” the secret shopper said. “She was very Hamptons casual. No makeup. Everyone left her alone.”

The spy revealed the random items Heard had picked out in her grocery cart.

It appears her post-trial diet consists of “Cheerios, Diet Coke and cauliflower.” She also had a red pepper, lettuce and Tate’s Cookies.

It’s unclear what flavor of Tate’s cookies she picked out and whether or not they were gluten free.

Just last week, Heard was seen shopping at TJ Maxx in The Hamptons.

Now, this is no shade to the MAXXinistas out there, because we love a good sale on designer clothing, but for Heard to be shopping at TJ Maxx while owing her ex-husband $8.3 million in damages is not a good sign.

Media outlets snapped her pinching pennies by shopping for bargain clothes at TJ Maxx in the Hamptons, ostensibly to show her broke status, although Instagram does not seem to buy it.

You’ll recall Heard’s lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, went on record earlier this month claiming the actress simply cannot afford to pay the damages owed to Depp.

While appearing on the “TODAY” show, Bredehoft was asked if Heard had the means to cover the judgement the jury handed down to which she responded, “Oh, no, absolutely not.”

Some sources claim the actress is “broke” due to her past frivolous spending on travel, clothing, gifts, wine and more.

Per the New York Post, several sources say she’s relying on her homeowner’s insurance policy to cover the cost of her current attorneys in the case.

The bill for Heard’s attorney has mostly been footed by The Travelers Companies under terms of the actress’s insurance policy, sources said.

While Heard is figuring out her life in the Hamptons, Johnny is fielding off fake accounts on social media.

We reported that actor issued a statement warning fans to be wary of accounts pretending to be him.

Depp provided fans with a list of his official accounts, while warning them to be careful when interacting with anyone who claims to be him online.

“I’ve been made aware that there are fake accounts pretending to be me or people working with me,” his statement began. “I do not have any private or side accounts on any platforms. These are the only pages run by me and my team where we share updates and communicate: Instagram @JohnnyDepp / TikTok @JohnnyDepp / Facebook @JohnnyDepp / Discord @JohnnyDepp0854.”

The actor concluded, “I ask that you remain cautious as it seems these fake accounts can be relentless. My team is working to combat the problem. Thank you for your continued support and for making me aware of this issue!” Depp continued, concluding, “Love & respect, JD X.”
