'RHOC' Star Meghan Edmonds Says Kelly Dodd 'Was Spot-On' With Husband's Cheating Scandal

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Meghan King Edmonds is seeing the error of her ways for not listening to her co-star Kelly Dodd when she claimed her husband, Jim Edmonds, had been cheating on her. Opening up about her devastating recent split, Edmonds gave her first interview following accusations her ex- MLB star husband had cheated on her with their children's nanny. When asked by Us Weekly about Dodd recently gloating on social media regarding the scandal, Meghan King Edmonds stated Dodd was "spot-on" with her accusations. "Well, it seems that even if Kelly was wrong at the time, it happened eventually. Now I am doubting most of his commitment during our relationship so perhaps, sadly, she was spot on," she told the outlet.
Days ago, Kelly Dodd made jaws drop when she commented about their failed relationship on social media. “I said it and called it at the reunion. After she was calling me out for having an affair. funny how these housewives like to pass judgment. they need to clean their own houses," she wrote on a post by popular podcast “Two Judgey Girls." It's true, Kelly Dodd has been questioning Jim Edmonds' faithfulness to Meghan ever since season 12 of "Real Housewives of Orange County" in 2017.
At that time, Meghan King Edmonds had learned he had been sending inappropriate texts to another woman while she was pregnant with the couple's twins. Earlier this year, fans learned that Jim had been sending XXX videos to his mistress, even at the time his wife was giving birth. After that scandal broke, Dodd called it "old news." “I said this on the reunion years ago,” she replied on a fan account at the time. “Meghan came after me on the reunion years ago .. I have compassion for her of course. But this is old news I was wondering why is out now??” She also added: “I am sorry but ladies if you marry a man that has a history of cheating and a professional athlete your chances of him being faithful is very slim .. come on!!”
While Jim Edmonds continues to deny the allegations that he cheated with their children's nanny, he's walked out on Meghan King Edmonds and is rushing to get into a new home to call his own. Interestingly enough, he's also vowed to "make it right" with his estranged wife despite reportedly filing for divorce the day after their fifth wedding anniversary. Meghan King Edmonds reportedly accused him of cheating with their nanny and cops were allegedly called to their home last week. "I have way too much love for my wife and kids for this to happen and it’s time for us to get back to the private life we used to live,” he told PEOPLE at the time. “Meghan is a truly special woman who my kids are so fortunate to have as their mother. Hoping for some peace, normalcy, and the ability to move forward in a healthy, happy direction for every single person involved. I love my family and will make it right again,” he added.
Interestingly enough, the "RHOC" star states in the Us Weekly interview that her estranged husband has yet to see his three children since the split. "He hasn’t seen them since he left me — in no part due to any reluctance on my part — but hopefully, he will see them soon," she told them and revealed he's taken one thing that's really important to their 2-year-old daughter. "In true toddler fashion, Aspen is especially concerned with her broken iPad (he reported it stolen so it’s wiped clean and unable to be reactivated except by the person who activated it originally which is Jim) and she can’t use it anymore but I kind of like that she has to make creative fun. The twins are unaware anything happened."
