The Foo Fighters Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert Los Angeles was just announced.

Earlier this morning, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted band revealed the line-up for their London concert which will take place at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday, September 3.

Foo Fighters Announce First Line-Up For Los Angeles Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert

“Los Angeles! Please welcome the first wave of special guests to join The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts!” they wrote in the caption of the Twitter post. “More to be announced soon.”

The concert will be held on Tuesday, September 27, at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California.

The line-up includes a star-studded list of Chris Chaney, Stewart Copeland, Miley Cyrus, Omar Hakim, Joshua Homme, Joan Jett, Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, Brian May, Mark Ronson, Alanis Morissette, Gene Simmons, Nikki Sixx, Chad Smith, Luke Spiller, Roger Taylor, Rufus Taylor, Jon Theodore, Wolfgang Von Halen, Brad Wilk, Pat Wilson, and a special appearance by Chevy Metal.

More performers will be revealed at a later date.

“The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts will benefit charities in the UK chosen by the Hawkins family, the Foo Fighters added in a follow-up tweet. “Beneficiaries and further details will be announced shortly.”

Who Will Be Performing At The Tribute Concert In London?

“London! Please welcome the first wave of special guests to join The Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts! More to be announced soon,” the Foo Fighters wrote in the caption.

They added that tickets will be on sale starting Friday, June 17, at 9 AM local time.

At the bottom of the poster, fans will recognize some familiar names between the Los Angeles show and the London show. The London show will include performers Chris Chaney, Stewart Copeland, Liam Gallagher, Omar Hakim, Joshua Homme, Chrissie Hynde, Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, Brian May, Mark Ronson, Supergrass, Roger Taylor, Rufus Taylor, Wolfgang Van Halen, and Chevy Metal.

The tribute concert will also include a special appearance by “The Closer” comedian Dave Chappelle. Although it seems like an impressive line-up on its own, they also shared that there are “more to be announced.”

Miley Cyrus Dedicates Concert Performance To Late Drummer Taylor Hawkins

Shortly after his sudden death in March, singer Miley Cyrus dedicated one of her concert performances to her close friend.

Miley Cyrus shed tears as she performed “Angels Like You” for the late Foo Fighters drummer. In the video, she can be seen getting emotional as she performs.

Shortly before his death, the “Wrecking Ball” singer's plane was struck by lightning and they had to make an emergency landing while she and her screw were en route to the Asunciónico Music Festival in Paraguay, where the Foo Fighters had performed only a day before.

“We had to make this emergency landing and the first person I called was Taylor, because he was already at the festival,” Cyrus recalled. She and Hawkins had also worked together on their Billy Idol collaboration “Night Crawling” which was featured on her 2021 record “Plastic Hearts.”

“That would’ve been a time that I would’ve gone to see my friend, and I didn’t, so it makes me really sad,” she added.

“I would’ve done anything to hang out with him one more time,” she added. “I know that I get on stage, and anytime that I get to play with my band – which if anything ever f---ing happened to any of them it would f---ing kill me, so I couldn’t imagine how the Foo Fighters feel today.”
