Julianne Hough is keeping a tight grip on her luxury "china and silverware" in the divorce agreement hashed out with her ex-husband, Brooks Laich.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Dancing With The Stars'pro had an iron-clad prenuptial agreement prior to her marriage and it essentially gives her the right to keep everything she had prior to tying the knot.

In the settlement, Julianne is keeping multiple properties in Los Angeles, CA, and College Grove, TN. Specifically, she will retain ownership of all "artwork, china, silverware, collectibles, furniture, furnishings, and appliances." Must be a really nice set of silverware!

Plus, Hough will keep her Tesla Model X.

As for spousal support, both parties have agreed to waive any ability to collect support from each other. Specifically, it reads, they waive "any and all rights which she may have to seek spousal support from Respondent, and in no event, and under no circumstances, can she obtain spousal support from Respondent at any time or in any amount."

Interestingly, it mentions that the former couple created NO community property or income while married. This is surprising, considering Hough is an actress and dancer who works in the entertainment industry.

The best part...the engagement ring is the only item in the settlement not totally spoken for. The agreement states the ex-couple will meet and confer about the "disposition" of the diamond and the court says it will retain jurisdiction in case they can't agree on what to do with it. We are guessing, sell it and split the money right?! To be clear, this ring is worth $350,000 -- which is the price of most people's homes. "The beautiful ring is approximately seven carats. It's an oval, brilliant-cut diamond mounted classically in a thin platinum band with pave," said the jeweler.

Laich is getting his property in Cour d' Alene, Idaho -- a place where the couple constantly posted together on a beautiful lake. Also, the couple will split a membership they purchased together at the Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club. If you weren't aware, Brooks played in the NHL and will get his pension and retirement from the league in the divorce.
