Courteney Cox's only child Coco Arquette is advancing into womanhood as she recently turned 18.
Coco was born to Cox and famous "Scream" actor David Arquette about four years after their marriage in 1999. The couple is currently divorced but still maintains a close friendship.
Turning eighteen was a significant milestone for the doting mother who took to Instagram to pay tribute to her beautiful daughter in a lovely post.
Courteney Cox Honors Daughter's 18th Birthday With Heartwarming Message
The seven-time SAG Awards nominee shared a carousel of three photos showing her and her baby girl in the first slide, while the remaining two featured Coco.
The mother-and-daughter pair looked happy in the first snap as they beamed at the camera and had their faces close together.
At the same time, the second slide showed Coco sitting on a floor and holding two brown-and-white colored dogs to her chest.
The final picture was a throwback of the eighteen-year-old wearing a pretty bright-colored frock and looking away from the camera.
Cox was joyful beyond words to celebrate the special day as she captioned her adorable post with, "Happy 18th birthday coco! I'm so proud to be your mom." She continued writing:
"You are courageous, smart, deep, funny, unique and beautiful with the biggest heart. I can't wait to see what's next. I love you x."
Fans were quick to react to the beautiful post by wishing Coco the happiest birthday and expressing their love for her with tons of emojis.
They also sent prayers Coco's way, praised her gracious character, and encouraged her to have the best day ever.

As heartwarming as Cox's recent social media post was about her daughter, Coco is not always a fan of what her mom shares on the platforms.
PEOPLE reported that the "Friends" star told Instyle via an interview that her child was "embarrassed" by most of her Instagram updates.
She shared, "Sometimes, I'll find something on TikTok and put it on Instagram, and she'll say, 'Mom, that is so over.' Once I did this dance, and she was mortified. And actually, when I look back, I'm kind of mortified."
The 57-year-old also confessed in March that it could be challenging to impress Coco even though she invites notable celebrities into their home.
She mentioned on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" that her daughter was not the type to get amazed by the stars who have been to their abode.
Cox then recalled when Zac Efron and James Marsden visited and Coco, four at the time, freaked out as she could not handle being with celebrities.
However, the budding woman is now transformed as she is not so bothered about being in the presence of icons, including Ed Sheeran, who constantly hangs out at their house.
Even when the "Scream" star asks Coco if she would like to sing with the "Photograph" musician, the younger female would not be interested. This makes Cox "really bribe" the teenager to engage in activities with her.
The Coquette Productions Co-Founder Will Reprise Her Role In Upcoming "Scream 6"
Cox recently confirmed her return to the Scream horror franchise in the new "Scream 6," which is pretty exciting for avid fans of the movie.
The Blast shared that she told Marc Malkin on the "Just for Variety" podcast about appearing as Gale Weathers again in the production and expressed her excitement to reprise her role.
At the time, she revealed that she had just received the scripts for the new film but had not read it yet. Nonetheless, she looked forward to reading it as she could not hold back her enthusiasm.
As for when production would start, she mentioned to fans that it would be in June and filming would be done in Canada.
The good news was a delight to fans after they got to see James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick perform magic on "Scream 5," which featured returning movie stars David Arquette, Neve Campbell, and Cox.
When the "Mothers and Daughter" actress was asked for more elaboration on the film, her explanations centered on the ending of her ex-husband David's character.
David acted as Dwight Riley (Dewey) in the movie, and fans felt that Cox focused on his character in her statement because of their history together.
The brilliant performer expressed her sadness at Dewey's death in the movie as she revealed that his loveable personality brought "such a comedic twist to the whole franchise."
