Heartbroken parents Jack and Kristina Wagner are speaking up about their youngest son Harrison's heartbreaking demise.
The "General Hospital" alums lost their son Harrison at the young age of 27 and for the first time since the devastating loss, they are speaking up, revealing the cause of his death.
Harrison Wagner Dead At 27
Per reports, Harrison was found on Monday, June 6, around 5 a.m. in a parking lot in the North Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Authorities were dispatched to the area for a medical emergency and the young adult was pronounced dead at the scene.
At the time, no cause of death was announced but it was determined that no foul play was involved. Harrison was Jack and Kristina's last child during their 13-year marriage. The former couple also welcomed Harrison's older brother Peter Wagner.
Days after the news of his death, it was reported that Harrison's cause of death remained undetermined as authorities needed additional investigation.
As The Blast reported, a spokesperson for the L.A. Coroner’s Office said, "Cause of death is deferred. Deferred means that after an autopsy, a cause of death has not been determined, and the medical examiner is requesting more investigation into the death, including additional studies.”
The medical examiner, however, promised that "once the tests/studies come back, the doctor evaluates the case again and makes the cause of death determination."

They continued, revealing the cause of his death, "We are heartbroken that he ultimately lost his battle with addiction and we hope that Harrison’s memory will live on through this scholarship and will help other young men get help for their addiction that would not otherwise be able to afford it."
To honor Harrison's memory, Jack and Kristina launched The Harrison Wagner Scholarship Fund to help those, especially young men dealing with addiction.
According to the website, all funds donated to the scholarship would be used to pay either part or the full rent for young men who can't afford their care at New Life House.

Bui continued, "I miss sleeping in yr pola bear arms, curled up. I miss sending you silly animal videos. I miss you sending gorgeous songs that made me cry. I was never alone in this world with you. You were the balm that soothed my soul. You were my guy. I hope I was that comfort for you. I will always be yr baby, babe. I will always choose to love you in this world and in any other life. 💔💔💔💔💔💔@harrisonwagner."
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Wagner family.
