NeNe Leakes Sued By BF's Estranged Wife

According to TMZ, Sioh's estranged wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, filed a lawsuit accusing Leakes of dating her husband while they were still married, thereby causing the union to collapse.

Malomine alleged that the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star kept posting photos with her now-estranged husband, humiliating her in the process and contributing to the dissolution of the marriage.

The heartbroken spouse is seeking over $100,000 in damages for the emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of affection she suffered because of Leakes' romance with her husband.

Although the lawsuit sounds absurd, Malomine has the law on her side as she filed the suit in North Carolina, one of the few states that still allows a person to sue a spouse's extramarital partner for alienation of affection.

It's uncertain what will come out of the lawsuit but neither Leakes nor Sioh has publicly commented on the case.

The fashion designer, however, took to his Instagram Story to upload a loved-up photo of him and Leakes sharing a hug, shortly after news of the lawsuit broke.

Leakes Said Late Husband Blessed Relationship With Sioh

Leakes' romance with Sioh became confirmed in December 2021, three months after her first husband Gregg died from colon cancer.

The lovebirds first made headlines in early December after photos leaked of them holding hands while hanging out on Miami Beach. At the time, a source said of their relationship, "She can't stop smiling around Nyonisela. It's still very new but she's almost like a teenager with him, just light and giggly and feeling those new relationship butterflies."

The pair allegedly met through "RHOA" Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband Peter Thomas. As The Blast previously reported, Leakes dished on her relationship with Sioh and its seemingly close timing to Gregg's death.

She revealed that her late husband gave his blessing for her to move on with someone else.

“I will love Gregg forever & ever! Grieving is hard! Even harder & depressing alone," Leakes explained. "Gregg and I had a very tearful conversation before his passing. His words to me were 'be happy, keep smiling and he who finds you, has found a good one.'"

Since debuting their relationship, Leakes and Sioh have been loving up strongly, going on dates, and never shying away from intense PDA. In February, the couple made an appearance on "The Real" and Leakes was more than thrilled.

She shared photos of their television appearance alongside a caption that read, "OMGGGGGG! TOMORROW on @therealdaytime I introduce Nyoni to the ladies of The Real. He was super nervous? @nyoni_couture."

Sioh is a known fashion designer who owns a menswear brand called Nyoni Couture which specializes in custom suits, tuxedos, shirts, shoes, and various accessories. His store is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The OG Housewife Sued BRAVO & 'RHOA'

Leakes' legal debacle with Sioh's estranged wife comes almost two months after she sued the creators of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and the Bravo network for discrimination at work.

In the lawsuit, "The New Normal" star alleged that the companies behind the show created a "hostile and racist" work environment. Bravo, NBC Universal, True Entertainment, Truly Original, and ‘RHOA’ executive producer Andy Cohen were all listed as defendants.

In the documents, Leakes accused her "RHOA" co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann of spearheading the toxic work environment with racist and derogatory remarks.

She recalled several incidents of Zolciak-Biermann using offensive African-American stereotypic words to address her, and when she reported such incidents the show's creators did nothing to correct her. Instead, they rewarded Zolciak-Biermann's bad behavior with a spinoff show.

Leakes also alleged that her continuous complaints about racism on the show as well as her vocal support for the Black Lives Matter movement were responsible for her forceful exit from "RHOA" in 2020 before the start of season 13.

Leakes' didn't disclose how much she was seeking in damages from the big names behind "RHOA," but she claimed she was "the target of systemic racism” from the first day of filming.
