Life can be pretty beachy and peachy when you're swimming through it with your person!

"Bachelor In Paradise" success story Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb have been together for almost a year, and the couple has been generous with sharing their post-Paradise lives with fans. Heringer and Erb frequently feature each other on their Instagram feeds, and Heringer has also displayed the couple's silly side by sharing hilarious glimpses into the couple's relationship on TikTok.

But, as "Bachelor In Paradise" fans may remember, the couple's journey to their own personal version of paradise contained a rough wave or two before their season ended. On the show's 'prom night' the couple split up after Erb had been feeling like he and Heringer were on different pages within their relationship.

Erb was frank about why he chose to initiate the break-up during the episode.

According to Us Weekly, Erb told his girlfriend, "I've been trying to force something that I want, when deep down I know I haven't found my person."

Heringer then shared her perspective by telling him, "You go from telling someone you're falling in love with them the night before to this conversation," she began. "You were the one who constantly said, 'I'm not going to say anything I don't mean.' I don't want to make false promises.' But you ultimately ended up doing that," she explained to him.

Almost a year after their breakup aired on 'BiP', these love birds are a long way from their tarnished prom night.

Even though the end of the couple's 'Paradise' season did not unfold well on screen, Heringer and Erb give a lot of credit to their post-'Paradise' reunion for helping them gradually get to the blissful place they are now in.

Living their lives away from the glow of cameras on their own terms has been a secret to the couple's thriving success.

When the couple appeared on Us Weekly's 'Bachelor' franchise-themed podcast "Here For The Right Reasons" this week, Erb explained how their relationship has gotten stronger through their IRL experiences together.

"I think it made it more real," he said, "You step away- no cameras, no production, just you and somebody you like that were in the crazy experience in the real world. I think it's good. It makes it more real. You get to say, 'OK, where am I at in real life with my own thoughts and my own time? And all that."

After reflecting on her experience of finding love within the 'Bachelor' franchise in a roundabout way, Heringer was honest about the lessons she learned and what she would say to anyone interested in putting themselves out there while appearing on the show.

"I think that's kind of where I kind of hit a lot of walls was either trying to control too much or being resistant to certain things," she said, discussing her reflections in hindsight. "And, obviously, that, like, didn't work out for me. So I think just being as open, like, if you're going to take all the time and be vulnerable and be there you have to be open to it," Heringer shared.

Heringer moved from New York to Erb's home base on the West Coast back in March!

"I'm excited to have a normal schedule after the last few months of traveling all the time to see Noah," she shared on social media at the time, as per Us Weekly.
