The 16-year-old was described by her family as "an accomplished teenager with a bright future ahead of her" but "made the rash decision to end her earthly life."

The grieving household and her friends continue to mourn the heartbreaking loss. At the same time, her mother brought new details to light about the late celebrity in an exclusive interview with E! News.

Marcy revealed that Kailia gifted her a special blanket she discovered on TikTok and the present arrived in the mail two weeks after ordering it, following her death as well.

The bereaved mother said the blanket had a note attached that read, "Dear Mom, even when I'm not close by, I want you to know I love and appreciate you. Always. Wrap yourself up in this and consider it a big hug. I love you."

Marcy will forever treasure the gift as she muddled through the grieving process. She also expressed her appreciation to those who showed support from different parts of the world.

As a mother who just lost a child, she admitted that it was the worst thing a parent could experience, but she hoped her daughter's story would remind people to open up about what they were feeling.

She urged parents with teenage kids to check their children's phones and encouraged the teenagers to talk to their parents about their struggles.

Marcy added regarding youngsters opening up to their parents, "They're not judging you. They're going to get you the help that you need, but we need to know what you need in order to get the help you need. Don't keep it inside."

It is worth knowing that Kailia was trained by her mother to be a "contortionist" and appeared on a 2012 episode of the reality show "Toddlers & Tiaras" when she was five.

The devastated mother further told the news outlet that she believed her daughter was unaware of the number of people who loved her and wished she could revisit the past.

The April-born reality star's cause of death was revealed by The Blast earlier this month, noting that she died of asphyxia caused by ligature hanging which was ruled a suicide.

The autopsy and toxicology reports were reportedly not divulged because they would be "highly offensive" and "not of legitimate concern to the public, and therefore would violate the right to privacy."

Kailia's manner of death saddened several fans who took to social media to demand more mental health support.

They stressed the reality of mental health issues and noted that the condition alongside suicide affected everyone without showing prejudice irrespective of age.
