Kardashian is seeking protection for her family, claiming the person has threatened her children. Plus, even though Pete Davidson is not specifically named, she claims the person has lashed out against a people she has "intimate relationships." The man allegedly made several inappropriate sexual references in the letters.
We're told Kim's security team has been trying to handle the situation, and have been collecting the disturbing letters and messages to give to law enforcement. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Kardashian has gone to court to get protection from obsessed fans who allegedly harass her and show up at her home unannounced. As we reported, Kim received a 5-year restraining order against a man who send her disturbing packages which included a diamond ring and Plan B.
In this case, the man also posted harassing messages online -- including a self-made marriage certificate and another item reading, 'Queen Kimberly' is "sitting up in thy big castle waiting for her Knight in Shining Armor."
The alleged stalker showed up at Kim's home on several occasions claiming he was there to pick her up for dinner. The good news is that Kim K. lives in a gated community, and most of the time, people are not allowed past the guard gate.
In another case, a man was filmed outside of Kim's property and attempted to enter her home. At the time, she said the person had a desire to pursue a physical relationship with her and posted messages about getting increasingly frustrated about not getting inside and she was in fear for her safety.
