Slamming The Body Haters With Kindness

When the 29-year-old isn't spreading love, she keeps busy sending a message to trolls and body haters who talk down on her looks.

As The Blast reported, last month, the "Kill Em With Kindness" singer made headlines for slamming the trolls who commented on her weight.

She took to TikTok to make a playful clip while laying in bed. "I do try to stay skinny but  I went to jack-in-the-box and I got four tacos, three egg rolls, onion rings, and a spicy chicken sandwich," Gomez joked.

The "Only Murders In the Building" star, continued, giving a PSA to the trolls. "Honestly, I don't care about my weight because people b**ch about it anyway. 'You're too small; you're too big. bla bla bla."

She concluded with a stern message, "B**ch I'm perfect the way I am! Moral of the story? Bye."

Gomez is often a victim of body shamers online but it doesn't bother her at all as she knows how to deal with the negative energy.

In an interview with Good Morning America, the award-winning entertainer revealed that she is rarely on social media for the sake of her mental health. She disclosed that she hasn't been on social media platforms for four and a half years.

"I don’t care to expose myself to everyone and hear what they have to say about it," Gomez explained. She added that staying offline had done wonders for her mind and it helped reduce the unnecessary comparisons and self-hate.

As a result, her relationship with herself has gotten much better and she wouldn't have it any other way.
