America’s Got Talent: Extreme” got too extreme for one contestant.

Hollywood stuntman Johnathan Goodwin faced death not once, but twice after a stunt on the ‘extreme’ talent show went horribly wrong.

Last October, Goodwin was performing a stunt where he was suspended 30 feet above the ground. It involved two vehicles which were also suspended in the air.

According to a police report obtained by People, he "was struck by two vehicles suspended in the air" and fell to the stage while rehearsing a stunt on the set of the talent show.

Now, seven months later, his fiancée is speaking out about the horrifying accident.

The “Sherlock” actress, Amanda Abbington, appeared on the “Out to Lunch” podcast on Monday, May 2.

She revealed that the fall caused her fiancé to become paralyzed.

"He fell 30 feet and lost a kidney, broke both shoulder blades, shattered both legs," the 48-year-old said. "Third-degree burns, broke his spine and severed his spinal cord and nearly died. And then on the operating table, he nearly died again."

She explained that her loved one will be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life unless there is some sort of stem cell surgery or Elon Musk’s Neuralink Brain Chip that could fix him.

"He's paralyzed now, he's in a wheelchair," she added. "Unless there's a kind of stem cell surgery or that thing that Elon Musk is designing with the little chip, he'll be like that forever."

Days after the accident, the stuntman shared a photo of himself burned and bandaged. He wrote alongside the alarming photo, “a couple of days ago my life took a complete left turn. I have been to the very brink and dodged the worst that a human being can, without fear…because I was protected by love. Love is all you need, so make sure you get some."

Goodwin seems to be taking his new lifestyle in stride and made light of his new wheelchair condition in an Instagram post on Tuesday, May 3.

Johnathan Gives Update Following Catastrophic Stunt

He captioned the photo, “6 months ago I went to rehearse something and left this little hairy monkey waiting patiently for me…he didn’t see his dad again until just a couple of weeks ago and when he finally did, dad had new cool wheels. A lot has changed in the last 6 months, but love is a constant and I’m very very loved. Looking forward to my next chapters and being a roll model.”

Many were quick to comment on his photo with positive words and love.

Jessica Jane commented, “Sending buckets of love Jonathan, but why do I have a feeling this isn’t going to stop you from doing stunts..!! Looking forward to your next chapter ❤️❤️🙌.”

“You will inspire and have a fabulous life,” one supportive friend wrote.

Goodwin’s fiancée gushed over how “positive, upbeat and strong” he’s been since his near-death experiences.

"His courage and his strength is something that I just aspire to be like," she said. "He's just incredible, honestly, like so happy, just like a very happy, positive human being, just liquid sunshine. He's amazing."
