Many may expect that the one and only daughter of the renowned Tennis legend Serena Williams will possess an incredible talent for her age.

Williams welcomed the adorable toddler Alexis Olympia Ohanian. Jr. with her loving husband and entrepreneur Alexis Ohanian four years ago.

The "I Am Serena" star recently got candid in a humorous interview about what she thinks of her daughter's tennis abilities and what she finds more passionate than her mother's favorite sport.

The host asked how Olympia was at tennis, which made the mother-of-one hesitate. She inhaled deeply and probed if she asked as a mom or an athlete.

DeGeneres assured her guest that she was asking for Williams' unbiased opinion. The guest honestly replied that she was unsure if she could be objective.

Williams noted that her 4-year-old could dish out a stellar backhand swing but joked that her tennis skills are okay. Nevertheless, the loving mother refuses to pressure her daughter. She said,

I don’t push her because she’s four . . . she’s alright. I’ve seen four-year-olds that might take her out on the court.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion handed the responsibility of training her daughter in tennis to someone else.

Williams admitted that she did not have the patience to teach those unskilled in tennis, so she hired a private tutor. Yet she did not reveal her child's identity to the trainer. She explained,

I don’t have the patience to teach tennis. It’s so weird, but I don’t really like to play with people who don’t know how to play tennis well; it drives me nuts. So, I signed her up for a class, a private teacher. She came in. I didn’t wanna tell her.

Although Olympia enjoys tennis, she is more passionate about another activity, and her mother completely supports it.

The loving matriarch said, “Her ambition is playing princess games. She loves princess games, and the more we can play anything with princesses, that’s her whole life."

Although Williams has a private tutor for her beloved offspring, she enjoys one-on-one bonding with her on the tennis court.

The Blast disclosed last month that the 40-year-old updated her Instagram page with a short clip showing herself and Olympia competing on the court and enjoying the activity.

Williams and her toddler sported matching Nike sportswear, a two-piece set comprising a long-sleeved blouse with a skirt.

The video showed the pro athlete passing the tennis ball over to her opponent Olympia who looked charged for receiving the ball, but she missed it.

The Blast reported that the athlete broke the news on Wednesday, April 28 via Instagram. She gushed that she had been manifesting and working towards her impeccable achievement all her life.

Williams took to her captions to introduce the importance of setting goals, writing:

“When I was just a kid, I visited the @nike campus, and I saw that athletes get buildings! After that visit, I knew I wanted two things; to be a Nike athlete and to have a building. I set my goals high. I knew I would have to be elite, and not only the best, but someone that changes the course of sport.”

The “Venus and Serena” star made her dreams a reality and heralded the official unveiling of The Serena Williams building.
