Jason Sudeikis is on a lot of people’s s**t lists following his very public display of serving papers.

On Tuesday, April 25, Sudeikis’ ex-fiancée, Olivia Wilde, took the stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, NV. to promote her new movie, “Don’t Worry Darling.”

Harry Styles, Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, Wilde and more star in the psychological thriller.

Wilde also directed the film and is currently dating the former One Direction singer.

According to Sudeikis, his split from Wilde was unexpected and very hard. He hit “rock bottom” following the breakup.

They share two children together, a son named Otis and a daughter named Daisy.

The “Horrible Bosses” actor and Wilde were together for seven years before breaking up in November 2020.

By January 2021, Wilde was making headlines for a new relationship with Styles.

Wilde kept her cool and kept the presentation going, but the internet went WILD (pun intended) over Sudeikis’ cold move.

Now, to the “Ted Lasso” star’s defense, he does not pick and choose when and where a process server will serve the legal papers.

According to reports, Sudeikis had no knowledge of the plans and would “never condone” his ex being served in such an “inappropriate manner.”

Of course, the internet is abuzz about his shady move with some people praising him and others dragging his a**.

Jason Gets Support & Disdain On Twitter

“Olivia Wilde getting served child custody papers while doing a presentation for her movie is the exact kind of petty we should all strive for. Props Jason Sudeikis,” one person tweeted.

One critic commented, “Jason Sudeikis is a scumbag. How can he have something as private as custody papers delivered to his ex while she’s working? It’s already hard enough for women without psycho exes undermining their livelihood.”

This fan praised the former ‘SNL’ star writing, “Wait, y’all telling me he served her custody papers while on stage? Jason Sudeikis continues to be a great white.”

One person found the entire situation hysterical and accused Wilde of cheating on her former fiancé.

“I’m sorry but Olivia Wilde being served her custody papers while on stage, promoting her move that she stars in with her now boyfriend, that she definitely cheated with while she was still with Jason Sudeikis, is so funny to me,” they commented.

Another an added, “I’m sure Jason Sudeikis tried to get his ex, Olivia Wilde, to meet him half way with the custody issues. But there’s only so much he can do. It’s obvious who Olivia Wilde puts first in her life & it’s not her kids. Congratulations Harry Styles hope it was worth it.”

In a 2021 interview with GQ, Sudeikis admitted he didn’t even have a clear understanding about the end of their relationship at the time Wilde and Styles were spotted holding hands at the singer’s friend’s wedding.

“I'll have a better understanding of why in a year,” Sudeikis said, “and an even better one in two, and an even greater one in five, and it'll go from being, you know, a book of my life to becoming a chapter to a paragraph to a line to a word to a doodle.”
