Lisa Vanderpump is back and better than ever following her January accident.

At the beginning of the year, the reality TV star was horseback riding her horse of six-years.

Something went terribly wrong and the horse bucked LV off. She went flying through the air and when she landed, her leg was broken.

Now, four months later, the restauranter is on the mend and back in her high heels.

While speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Vanderpump said, “I'm back in heels. That was my target for the opening.”

LV recently opened her new Las Vegas restaurant, Vanderpump á Paris.

Thank you to our wonderful staff and all that came from near & far to be a part of this memorable night! Oh and for turning the Eiffel Tower pink for me!!!”

Some famous faces in attendance at the grand opening included Lance Bass, Tom Schwartz, Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, James Kennedy and Katie Maloney.

At the time of her accident, Ken Todd told TMZ that LV may never ride again.

"I think maybe that was her last ride," he said of his wife. "I would never ride again. This is our horse, a gentle, gentle horse. Cabala horse — perfect, perfect. He was amazing. Something spooked him, and you never know when that's gonna happen. I was there. When I saw her thrown off, I couldn't believe it. I was in shock. I ran over there and she was just on the floor. And she knew that she'd broken her leg straight away."

In February, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum took to Instagram and gave followers an update on her health following the riding accident.
