Heather Rae Young Marks 6-Month Wedding Anniversary To Tarek El Moussa

Heather Rae Young floats on the wings of love as she counts down a new month of marital life with her loving husband.

Young, who now goes by her partner Tarek El Moussa's surname, walked down the aisle to him on October 23, 2021.

It has been six blissful months since that memorable day, and the "Selling Sunset" star took to her social media to commemorate the occasion.

Heather recently updated her Instagram page with a special treat to her fans in honor of the six months she has spent being married to the love of her life.

The newlywed beauty included a video that featured unseen content from her big day. She wrote in the caption of the post:

"Never seen before moments from the best day of my life… officially a wifey [heart emoji] 6 months married to my love and I fall more in love with you everyday!"

Heather thanked her husband for making her feel like a princess every day and dancing through life with her. She continued:

"Yes, we always want to kiss each other, especially when we aren’t supposed to [Clenched teeth, smiling face with three hearts, and face with tears of joy emoji] 1,000 kisses a day!"

The former Playboy Playmate of the Month concluded her post by stating that she and her husband lock lips 1,000 times a day and that she loves him so much.

The Blast shared that Heather and Tarek previously got matching tattoos of their wedding date in a bold display of love.

The happy wife uploaded two monochrome images of her ink, which read “10.23.2021 TEM" via Instagram. The first slide displayed her and her husband’s inner arm with the tattoos representing their wedding date.

The second slide was an image of their hands clasped together while Tarek's ink sported his partner's initials “HEM" instead.

The "Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa From HGTV" star also showed off his new ink, with two other writings alongside his wedding date.

Tarek's Instagram post included three images that he and his wife took on a boat deck. The two other prints on his hand were a tribute to the birthdays of his beloved children.

The 40-year-old's other inks read “09.22.2021” and “08.20.2015," the day his children, who he shares with his ex-wife Christina Haack, Taylor and Brayden, were born.

Tarek explained in the caption, "I got my first tattoo almost 25 years ago, and it was so bad [I] promised myself I’d never get another! Yesterday…I broke my promise."

The TV personality joked that his new ink was nothing as drastic as his first "an all-black crooked tribal" on his back but something more poignant. 

Tarek wrote, "because it’s meaningful, it feels different, and I’ll always love it!" He then recounted that he and his partner decided only to get their wedding date, but he added her initials and his children's birthdays. 

The father-of-two concluded, “So now, I have 3 special dates and Heather’s initials on my left arm. We also left some spots open for future kid/kids, yes, I said it [red heart emoji].”

Regarding kids, Heather and Tarek remain open about their journey towards expanding their family with a new child of their own.

Last December, The Blast disclosed that the wife of the the "Flip or Flop" alum detailed her fertility journey in a candid video.

Heather uploaded the clip on her Tik Tok page in hopes that it could serve a benefit to other women who were looking to conceive as well.

The real estate personality began her process with an ultrasound which she carried out before recording her video while at a fertility clinic.

Heather's medical check-up revealed that she had six follicles and a cyst. However, the cyst was not alarming as it only needed to be monitored over time.

The lack of follicles on her cysts cleared the Californian actress for freezing her eggs. She noted that she would begin in January if she and her partner chose to go ahead with the process.

Heather said her eggs were “on ice,” but she needed a blood test to reveal her egg count and progesterone levels.

The proposed test made the TV personality nervous as she admitted to having a history of low fertility and low egg count.
