Jennifer Lopez Playfully Licks Green Lollipop To Match With Her Engagement Ring

Blissfully engaged Jennifer Lopez basks in the joy of being betrothed to her one true love as she shows off her engagement ring yet again.

It is no news that the multifaceted artist is promised to the famous actor Ben Affleck as they made the heartwarming announcement earlier this month.

In a recent Instagram update, JLo made a playful clip of her featuring the beautiful engagement ring Affleck proposed to her with.

"Green lollipop kisses [green heart emoji]," the entertainer captioned her latest video, showing her beaming as she licked a green lollipop in what appeared to be a moving vehicle.

She could be seen rocking a multicolored button-down blouse with an open neck, and she wore simple jewelry, including a pair of hoop earrings, a simple necklace, and her matching green engagement ring.

The humorous video featured Coi Leray's and Nicki Minaj's "Blick Blick," while JLo concluded the clip by putting her ring on display and popping a kiss at the camera.

Thousands of enthusiastic fans reacted to the post as they showered the star with heart emojis and commended her color choice while praising her good looks.

Being betrothed 'again' to Affleck suits the music icon just fine, even after two decades following their first engagement.

The Blast shared earlier this month that the couple were engaged in 2002 but ended their relationship a few days before their wedding. They also moved on with their lives and had families with their separate partners.

However, the "Bennifer" duo rekindled their romance once again as JLo shared the news of their recent engagement in a short video showing her sporting her betrothal ring.

The exciting and special news was initially broadcasted to her Facebook fans, where she directed them to her newsletter on her website. It should be noted that her website is for "more personal" updates on her life for her "inner circle."

Her reunion with Affleck naturally gained both praises and criticisms from fans. Several congratulated the couple and wished them a blissful union, while others wondered if the actor would be JLo's last partner.

"Congratulations!!!" a fan gushed. "You guys are awesome!! I hope you have many happy years together!!! Now days you struggle to get True Love!! And after years of not being together, you guys found each other again!! True Love Story…"

Another shared, "Is this going to be the 4th or 5th? Hopefully, this will be beautiful and the right time…..to be a first love is wonderful, but to be the last love is the blessing in life! Congratulations!"

Following JLo's and Affleck's split years ago, they issued a joint statement revealing the reason behind the sudden change of heart.

"Due to the excessive media attention surrounding our wedding, we have decided to postpone the date," the message began. "When we found ourselves seriously contemplating hiring three separate 'decoy brides' at three different locations, we realized that something was awry."

They further stated that they believed what should have been a "joyful and sacred day" for them and their family could be ruined with such media attention.

The movie stars eventually parted ways when things did not go so well with their romance. However, they reportedly got back together last year, and fans continue to root for the couple's happily ever after.

Numerous fans around the world are unashamedly invested in JLo's second engagement to Affleck as they voiced their opinions regarding the duo's romance, including Jennifer Garner, the DC star's ex-wife.

Not too long ago, The Blast reported that Garner took the news of the engagement well as she and her kids were informed earlier.

She expressed happiness for her ex-husband and mentioned that JLo had been a "positive influence" in some ways.  

As you may know, Affleck and the "Peppermint" actress married in 2005, a couple of years after his split from Lopez, but later separated in 2015. They still remain on good terms and co-parent their three kids, Violet, Samuel, and Seraphina.

Due to the extreme public attention the newly engaged gained from their previous engagement, they intended to keep their present relationship private for a little while before going public.

The "Batman" performer proposed to his lover with a beautiful green engagement ring as he recalled the color was JLo's favorite. The proposal was "low-key" and intimate, and he put "a lot of thought" into the act.
