The rapper Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, has obtained a restraining order against his alleged stalker.

According to legal documents, filed in Los Angeles County Court on Friday, Drake, 35, filed for protection against a woman and sought protection for his entire family after his legal counsel received violent and disturbing text messages threatening his life on March 4.

On April 20, the restraining order was finally granted, and his stalker is now prohibited from contacting the rapper until at least 2025.

According to new legal documents, Drake’s attorneys Larry Stein and Ashley Yeargan were in court to represent the “One Dance” rapper. The alleged stalker did not appear in court, but the order can be served electronically.

The judge approved a 3-year restraining order, which means that his alleged stalker will not be able to contact Drake until at least 2025. She will be required to stay at least 100 yards away from him and his family at all times.

The judge decided that his alleged stalker was “given timely and proper notice” to explain her version of events and explain why she reportedly sent the hip hop artist an email saying, “put a bullet through your head now b----.” However, she failed to do so.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, Drake had asked for protection for himself and for his son, Adonis Graham, age 4. He also requested protection for both of his parents: mother Sandra Graham, 74, and father Dennis Graham, 69. He also sought protection for his lawyer, Stanton Larry Stein, 77.

According to the documents, his alleged stalker reportedly stated that she was homeless in California. When asked why the people needed protection from Collins, the documents state that “Collins has threatened not only Mr. Graham, but also his son and his counsel Stanton L. Stein. Mr. Stein will allow contact for service of pleadings and court documents only, but threats and harassing messages must stop.”

Drake claimed that he has faced harassment from his alleged stalker from “2017 off and on to present.”

When asked if anyone was there to witness the harassment, the documents state, “See attached declaration of my counsel, who recently received emails from Collins wishing me dead, as well as the concurrently-filed Request for Judicial Notice in Support of this Request for Restraining Order, which seeks judicial notice of Collins’s criminal conviction for trespassing at my residence in 2017.”

The document continues, “Please see attached declaration from my lawyer, which details Collins’s trespass at my residence in 2017, her attempts to gain contact with me by filing a frivolous $4billion defamation case against me, her baseless attempt to seek a restraining order against me, and emails to my counsel where she expresses that she wishes me dead and that my counsel get what he ‘deserve[s].’”

Back in December, Drake won a court ruling for a defamation lawsuit filed by Collins, who was allegedly arrested for breaking into his home in 2017. At the time, she claimed that Drake defamed her and posted private information about her on Instagram.
